This place was so cozy and perfect for our group! There are a total of 5 rooms which was plenty of space for my group. Our favorite was the three bedrooms with the master en-suite bathrooms attached (it was perfect for the older people in our group). And checkin was very easy and parking. We will return again in the future!

Payal’s place is awesome, big house with lots of rooms for everyone in my party. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Very clean and very airy with lots of windows. The neighborhood is quiet and very near the shopping area. Wished we could have stayed longer as it feels like a vacation home. Thank you Payal.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was stylish, clean, and had everything we needed to bring in the new year with friends. Also loved being able to park our car in a safe area and great walkable location to great restaurants / bars. Everything looks like the pictures and Frances was great at communicating if we needed something. She even left a bottle of rosé for us in the fridge! It was wonderful, would absolutely stay again.

We checked in with the lockbox code provided, & kept the spare key (on a lanyard) with us during our stay. The property is clean & comfortably furnished. We met the owner & he was very nice & responsive to our needs. He also provided a nice list of activities for the area, as well as some good family games. The location was perfect, & central to a lot of popular attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place. My husband and I loved it. The place came with a mini fridge, microwave, some utensils, and an oven toaster. A very accesible and quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Walking distance to a convenient store, great pizza place called Slice House, walking distance to Golden Gate Bridge park.

The peacock room is unique in its beauty, just as the majestic creatures are each unique in their splendor. The space was comfortable, quiet, and close to several coffee shops. Street parking was easy. “Intoxicating atmosphere.” - my partner

Sunny was informative and easy to deal with. The property was in a great location for our visit. Close to the university and convenient for shopping. The house is older but well built originally and smartly updated. Really the best of old and new.

I had a magic few days at Lori and Mike's. I drive a VW passat and I found the drive up the mountain to be non-challenging and even very fun by the end. The hosts are cool and easy to get along with. A+ doggo. Hot tub was great. Pool was fun. I usually stay in SF when I'm in the Bay Area. This was much more lovely and relaxing, with SF close enough that going in for dinner or a show felt like it wasn't a big deal. 100% would recommend this place. I brought my cat and had my lady friend with me for a night. Everyone loved it.

This place was a dreamy- a little slice of heaven! We loved soaking up the sunshine by the pool, and the home is beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the ride in and out of the city was a breeze. Great shopping nearby. Our pups came too and had a blast and loved the cool tile floors. The fully fenced yard gave me peace of mind. Thanks for such a great stay Courtney!

Thank you Maria. We were there for work but had a day off in between. We were planning on spending our day off doing something off property but we were already in the most beautiful place we could imagine. We felt like we were in our own private spa. Pool, Hot Tub, Spectacular flowers, grapevines, dining table on the patio and more outdoor space. The beds were comfortable and the bath & kitchen were both very nice. Hope to come back again and spend more time off at your Casita. Thanks again!!

Amazing place? Great heated pool, love the house has a lot of stuff and very well appointed and decorated. It has the best palm trees very safe, Our kid loved swimming in the pool. Strongly recommend for any stay! This is our second time here and will come again for sure. Love how the rooms are laid out, bathrooms.

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

This house is incredibly spacious and looks exactly like the photos. All of the linens are well organized and the kitchen had tons of counter space. The fireplace was dreamy in the kitchen and we loved the absolutely enormous television! Very, very soft beds as well.

Clean and modern furniture. Fits the photos and descriptions. Enough space for a family of four. Large and fully equipped kitchen. The parking spot doesn’t fit an SUV so a little work to find parking and move the car for free parking.

Tara and Fergus are amazing hosts - always very responsive and would go out of there to make sure we are having a great experience. The place is just as described - peaceful, quiet, tranquil. I had an amazing stay at the place.

I just returned from a short stay in Fairfax and Barry's place was very sweet and cozy. As a long-term resident of Fairfax, it was a great setup overall, with walking distance to town, a warm welcome, everything pristinely clean. I didn't spend time there besides sleeping, so I had everything I needed. There is a beautiful outdoor patio that is great for sunny weather. Guests should know that they need to climb up and down a ladder to the sleeping nook, which is cozy but small. It worked for me fine, but important to note. I would definitely stay again.

The Retreat was a very nice tiny home, perfect for me and my dog. The yard is enclosed with a beautiful garden and areas to sit and enjoy the smells. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk up in the Oakland Hills. The views of the Bay Area are spectacular. I would definitely recommend it.

Very much enjoyed our stay as it was cozy and perfect for our dogs. Finding a place to stay with pets can be hard and Bebe’s very much came to our rescue. The neighbours were nice, parking was provided, and it was convenient for us to walk our dogs out front or at the park. And public transport is very close by. We would definitely return if we’re ever back in town.

Great stay while visiting relatives in Menlo Park and East Palo Alto. Nice neighborhood. Easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. Quick access to the 101 with nearby shopping options. Very helpful and responsive hosts. The home was clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Magical, restful, cozy, and perfect for what I needed. I slept so well, enjoyed coffee in the morning, and was at the airport in 10 minutes when it was time for me to go. 10/10 would stay again.
