'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Annabelle’s Cottage,

A beautiful one bed, single storey cottage with outdoor patio and stunning views. Set amongst 30 acres of fields and river. Explore without bumping into anyone, except perhaps some livestock or the cottage owners and their pets. The cottage is an extension of the original farmhouse that has been separated off for private use. The kitchen is warm yet spacious and well equipped. The large living room has a wood-burning stove, and the bathroom is complete with roll top bath and rainfall shower.

The West Wing is a private annex attached to a 5-bedroom detached Victorian house with excellent garden views. It features its own entrance, a cosy living area with sofa, TV, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette, along with a comfortable double bedroom. The private shower and toilet are located off a shared utility room, but are for guest use only. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden. Wi-Fi, heating, and on-site parking are included for a convenient and pleasant stay.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic.
