Tano’s place is centrally located in Santa Monica and near many of the main attractions. His place is exactly as described and he is incredibly responsive.

Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

This place is a treasure. So glad I found it. I'll be back. Super clean. Great design. Superb features. I didnt expect it to be so great. Solitude. Super close to access to the Pacific Crest Trail.

What a treat it was to stay at Barbara's place! The location was so central to everything in Santa Monica and street parking was easy. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and so cozy. Barbara also provided us with a lot of snacks/fruit and was extremely responsive whenever I had a question. MauMau (the cat - our other host ;) ) is a super social and friendly cat - probably one of the most chillest/cutest cats I've hung out with so that was a special bonus! Finally, I was not feeling very well the day of check out and Barbara so graciously let me rest in the room even though it was a couple of hours after check out. I would definitely recommend her place to others!

The inside was newly remodeled; nice and clean. It’s a .5 mile walk to East Beach.

The place was so clean smelled awesome just a great place to stay! She thought of everything, noise machines , phone chargers made it easy to settle in. Great host ! very organized. It was a little confusing getting in but overall awesome!!

M.'s place on the canal was magical. Great location with fun decor including a wonderful book selection and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Very clear instructions to find the place and had no issues getting in. Secure space and having the parking spot was a huge bonus! The kitchen had the essential items for cooking and bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The heating and cooling worked awesome and was very quiet for sleeping at night. Really walkable area, especially around the canals and to Venice, Santa Monica, the beach, restaurants, grocery and Abbot Kinney. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks M.!

My girlfriend and I took a trip to montecito and stayed the weekend here and it was a very great experience. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and private. Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I've stayed at Sean's place and loved it even more than the first time: the place felt like coming home! I love how cozy and comfortable the place is, how it feels secluded even though it's located on a busy road, how conveniently located it is, close to bus and metro lines and the Wholefoods just down the road. Sean is a super host; really reliable, responsive and kind. I'm hoping to stay at Sean's place again the next time I'll be in LA and looking forward to it already!

The host(s) of this place was amazing and very flexible and reasonable with accommodations. I appreciate the hospitality and the place was just as great as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would love to stay there in the future.

A wonderful place to go to especially if you’re visiting for YallWest! wonderful spot next to the library and only a 15 minute walk to the high school! great food around and awesome host!

Joey was very responsive. The place was super close to the Santa Barbara Downtown area. It's super easy to access and Uber around. I would definitely stay again when I am in Santa Barbara.

Great place to stay for the week. Joesph was quick to respond to any questions that we had and was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in.

Had a wonderful stay at Kalis place. Kali was very easy to communicate with and would highly recommend. Facilities were fantastic and was very safe neighbour.

Without a doubt, Natalya was an exceptional host. She was kind, communicative, and very responsive to any questions needs or directions we needed. She made our stay seamless in every way.

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

We had a good stay at Robert’s place, which was clean, comfortable, and roomy. It’s in a condo community just across from a very walkable shopping district, and within driving and even walking distance to everything you might need — a Whole Foods, Target, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and both fast casual and more sit-downy restaurant options. The condo community itself has ample parking and amenities like a pool and gym, as described. Robert himself was responsive, communicative, and friendly as a host, which we truly appreciated.

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.
