Sanctuary Farm is such a special place – a little paradise with all the wildlife roaming around. We absolutely loved the house – both the interior and exterior are stunning. It was super clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen (though with Kijiko restaurant right there, we didn’t cook much – the food is just too good!). Huge thanks to Felix and Muhabi for having us, and to Cosmo for being such a great little host – our son had the best time playing with you and your toys. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful location close to the mountain, the home is really inviting and is in a great compound with lots of greenery and birds, the back yard is amazing. The home was also kept in a very pristine condition. The staff was very warm and accommodating which made our stay even more memorable.

A lovely house in a beautiful location, surrounded by amazing scenery and wildlife. We even saw a leopard whilst enjoying breakfast outside! Good staff, who were very hospitable and eager to help when necessary. We’d love to come back.

One of the most beautiful place on earth! The house is masterpiece of taste, staff was fantastic, and the host was great and organized a great cook for us (Melvin, an amazing chef who cooked a fantastic Swahili breakfast). We hope we can come back one day. For sure we will never visit Kenya again without going there again.

The view was absolutely amazing from the deck and the housekeeper so helpful and friendly. The house itself is so unique and rustic - perfect for a nature getaway.

We booked this spot last minute & Ann was very welcoming & responsive. The cottage was so spacious & clean. There was 10 of us on this trip so space was necessary. Each room had its own bathroom & there was hot water for showers & towels available. The grounds are beautiful which made our short stay magical. The staff were so friendly & welcoming. We had dinner at one of the restaurants which was buffet style & everyone was pleased with their meals. Overall an enjoyable stay, we were sad to leave but we’ll be back again for sure. The place is new and well organized, prestine Its close to Naivasha resort, can easily connect to the boat yard and easily take a trip to crescent island It’s a quick uber drive to buffalo mall and some nice hidden gems along south lake road Definitely worth the stay

Enjoyed a three-day visit with family-- beautiful, comfortable and fun base to explore Naivasha! Particularly great place to stay for those wanting to be up close with the animals. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for making dinners, the board game collection, and the cozy living room and outdoor fire pit for hanging out in the evenings. Jenny is very easy to communicate with, and the staff managing the house and grounds are all lovely and supportive. Will look forward to our next visit!

This beautiful, historic home was everything we hoped it would be and more. Millie was very friendly and helpful. We all wished we could have stayed longer.
