I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

We had a fantastic stay with Kate & Amrit. The flat is a great place to base to yourself. There are some fantastic amenities and local restaurants on your doorsteps. If you want to go into town it is only a short taxi ride away. We would highly recommend! Thank you Kate & Amrit :)

The BEST Airbnb experience in Kathmandu. Ashmit and his family have been extremely supportive and considerate of our stay. Ashmit has been very responsive from the time of booking upto the checkout day. Ashmit’s place is very well kept and is homely, all necessary utilities were provided. They welcomed us warmly and treated us like royalty. Ashmit was very kind and compassionate in letting us know the best places to visit in Kathmandu. He was extremely helpful with dealing with the locals. It was a wonderful time with Ashmit and his family and they even blessed us with chocolates for a safe journey back home.

We had a perfect stay at Amulya's place. The location of the flat was ideal - a 5 minute walk from local grocery stores and 15 minutes drive from Thamel. The access to the veranda was so nice and we enjoyed being able to easily dry our clothes on the rooftop. The flat had all modern amenities to be comfortable staying in Kathmandu.

I stayed for more than three weeks. this place is an amazing find. Dinesh is a wonderful host. always available to help, goes out of the way to make you feel at home. the place is GREAT! clean, peaceful, and in an Excellent location. I had a self imposed writing retreat at this place and I was so productive! the space is very aesthetically arranged. short rides away from all sites. if you're thinking Kathmandu, just go ahead and book this place!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this cozy Airbnb in Patan. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, and the shower is absolutely wonderful! The rooftop is a real gem, offering a serene space to unwind while enjoying beautiful views of the city. The hosts truly go above and beyond, providing attentive and warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu – it’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay to explore Patan. You are near the square without being right next to it and there are lovely restaurants and shops near the apartment. The place was special and we loved hangout on the rooftop balcony. Highly recommended!

Great location! Was very quiet and peaceful but located in a great area. Could walk to so many places and get taxis easily. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit is great, everything was like in description, beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, lovely views from rooftop, fully furnished kitchen(at least there were everything i needed), a lot of space for living in comfort, wonderful, responsible housekeeper and host. It is also in walkable distance from Patan Darbar Square and mangal bazar where I liked spending time with a cup of masala tea 😁 l was satisfied with everything so that stayed there almost two months. Thank you guys for your professionalism and hospitality! Hope see you again.

Such a wonderful stay! My husband and I did the home stay and cooking class and it exceeded expectations. The family is so incredibly kind and it is such a unique and amazing experience to stay here. Highly recommend!!

Le logement est parfait, il ne manque d'aucun équipement et les hôtes sont supers, ils répondu à tous nos besoins (machine à laver, poubelles etc.. pris en charge) et nous ont apporté des fruits tous les jours. Logement plus que recommandé.

The whole neighbourhood will Be there to help you. Treated like one among them. Seemed like the host is new to renting out properties. Lacked few minimal things but will eventually pickup. Worth the money. Thank you for the wonder place. Felt like a home. Already missing

We stayed at Riya's Airbnb "Aura Home" for more than 2 weeks. Riya , you're an amazing host. Thank you for checking on us regularly. I just can't think of staying anywhere else in KTM from now. Aura home is Clean, spacious and can easily facilitates a large number of family & children. We came for a big family reunion for a wedding. It felt like home. All my guests including my little niece and nephew loved the space. All the amenities described were provided. We loved every moment in Airbnb with such friendly host and staff. I remember telling Riya I had no mirror in my room to get ready and next day she literally got mirror installed in 3 rooms. This is how much she went out of her way to make sure we're comfortable. Also, thank you for the yummy snacks Riya. You're the sweetest host ever. Lastly, I would like to thank the staff "Anu" who was our saviour. Thank you Anu Di you've been a great help and our go to. We already miss you. Just want you to know we really appreciate you ?

Akash is an excellent host and makes sure you feel right at home. He and his brother have always been responsive and helped me get my way around the city! The house was very cozy and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. A must recommend for anyone planning to stay in Kathmandu.

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.
