Durante il soggiorno di una settimana nella splendida casa di Silvana è stato un po' come sentirsi a casa. La posizione è davvero di facile accesso, comodissima anche per gli spostamenti a piedi. Nel raggio di pochi km in auto è possibile visitare tantissime spiagge bellissime e molto caratteristiche. Silvana è una persona gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Consigliamo il suo alloggio!!

Ruhige Lage, top Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Antonello ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was z. B. die Restaurants in der Nähe betrifft. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment gerne weiter, wir haben da unvergessliche Tage verbracht. Alles top!

Logement idéalement localisé avec un confort agréable intérieur et extérieur pour profiter des vacances. Je recommande à 100% Merci à nos hôtes pour les conseils sur les alentours et les excursions c’était parfait !

Luca et Elena ont été des hôtes parfaits, ils se sont rendus disponibles, se sont assurés que nous ne manquions de rien. Les indications fournies pour accéder au logement étaient claires et concises et nous avons pu trouver sans difficulté. Elena est très chaleureuse et réactive lorsque vous la sollicitez, elle nous a envoyé dès le premier jour des informations précieuses sur les restaurants, activités, lieux proches de la maison. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, on voit qu'il a été modernisé (déco/peinture) tout en conservant le côté typique des petites maisons de bord de plage. La vue depuis la terrasse sur le port de plaisance est très agréable et la plage qui se trouve à 1 min parfaite pour les lever/coucher de soleil, l'une des plus belles plages de Sardaigne (La Cinta) à 10 min en voiture. Il y a des petits commerces accessibles à pied à 2/3 min sur le port. C'est un vrai coup de coeur, je ne peux que les recommander :)

Wir haben vier Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft in Baunei verbracht, es war durch und durch perfekt. Alles war sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ins Tal war einzigartig.

Nous avons trouvé ce qui nous correspondait... la maison d'Andrea et Amalia est un petit paradis perchée sur une colline ... au calme ... la piscine est très agréable et très propre. Nous avons été reçus par les propriétaires très chaleureusement ...bref nous avons passé une superbe semaine au calme... il y a pleins de choses à decouvrir dans cette région... nous sommes sous le charme

Absolut schöne Unterkunft. Alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber. Der Billardtisch war unser Highlight. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für alles!

Stefano è stato super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli in fatto di spiagge e ristoranti. Accoglienza perfetta e disponibilità continua. Un vero punto di riferimento. Casa accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Consigliatissima.

Das Haus von Francesca liegt in einer Siedlung ca 2km vom Meer entfernt. In dieser Siedlung sind einige Häuser dauerhaft bewohnt. Im Oktober war es dort, von den normalen Geräuschen einer Stadt einmal abgesehen, sehr ruhig. Von der Terasse hatte man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Unsere Mädels haben sich sehr über die Katzen der Nachbarschaft erfreut, auch wenn diese manchmal dann ein "Geschenk" auf dem Parkplatz hinterließen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist gut Ausgestattet, zwei schöne Badezimmer. Da die Schlafzimmer im "Keller" liegen sind diese wohl auch im Sommer gut klimatisiert. Es gibt aber auch eine Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Die Küche ist soweit auch gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlte uns die Möglichkeit etwas zu toasten. Es gibt zwei gut sortierte Supermärkte im Ort - ca 15 bzw 20 Minuten Fussweg. Auch einige Restaurants, Cafeterieas liegen hier. Alles in allem war die Wohnung eine tolle letzte Station auf Sardinien - zum Flughafen dauert es gerade mal 20 Minuten von hier.

Apartmán na krásnom mieste s pekným výhľadom na hory a more, dobre vybavený aj vo vnútri aj vonku s pekným posedením a lehátkami. Autom sa bolo dostupných veľa pekných pláži do 15 - 20 minút jazdy. Blízko dostupné ajj reštaurácie, kaviarne a obchod.

Marianna und Vittorio sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit einem Obstkorb, Wein und Marmeladen willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und im Innenhof gibt es einen Grill und sogar einen Pizzaofen. Äußerst angenehm ist auch die 3 Zone Klimaanlage. In der Umgebung gibt es traumhafte Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten!! Zum Geburtstag hat Marianna extra Kekse für mich gebacken!! Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen gern wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten, hat Paola sofort reagiert und alles blitzschnell veranlasst! Obwohl der Pool erst Anfang April befüllt wird, hat Paola dafür gesorgt, dass wir ihn schon im März zur Verfügung hatten. Der Strand und der davor liegende Pinienwald sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! :-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte! Tolle Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse, super Pool! Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man nicht aufs Auto angewiesen ist. Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit erreichbar und super freundlich!

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Manuela war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Das Haus hat für uns 4 (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) vom Platz gut gereicht. Küche hat das nötigste was man braucht. Haben sogar Milch, Cafèpulver und eine Flasche Wasser bekommen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohn/Esszimmer reicht locker für das ganze Haus. Kühlt sehr gut!Das Grundstück ist ein Traum und liegt sehr ruhig. Es wachsen Trauben, Feigen, Kacktusfeigen, von denen wir essen durften und immer mal wieder haben wir frische Eier von den Hühnern bekommen. Super auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt.Der Weg zum Haus ist allerdings nichts für tiefergelegte Autos. Das Highlight ist die offene Terrasse. Nur die vielen Fliegen nerven etwas. Abends mit Kerzen alles Super! Die Strände in der Nähe Foxi Murdegu und Foxi Manna sind sehr schön und nicht wie viele andere überlaufen.

Miejsce z urzekającym widokiem na morze i pobliską wyspę. Można cały urlop spędzić na tym tarasie. Prywatny ogród. W pobliżu kilka plaż należących do ośrodka, ciepła woda, piasek, część dna z kamieniami. Doskonałe miejsce dla rodziny 2+2 lub 2+3. Przyda się auto lub ochota na spacery w pięknej okolicy - sklepy i pobliski port oddalony jest o ok. 1,5 km. Gospodyni niezwykle pomocna. Przyjechaliśmy na kilka dni na stacjonarny odpoczynek i zaskoczył nas brak sklepu w bezpośrednim otoczeniu. Maria Rosa zaproponowała, że podwiezie nas do sklepu i poczeka aż zrobimy zakupy na kilka dni. Dzięki temu resztę pobytu mogliśmy spędzić na beztroskim odpoczynku.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht (inclusive Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Tee, Handtuch, Schwamm, Spüli etc). Unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht, herrliche Dachterrasse. In der Umgebung tolle Wanderungen in Traumbuchten (wahlweise auch mit dem Boot), diverse Restaurants in Fussnähe. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Eva, viele nützliche Tipps in der Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Wunderschöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke also wirklich zum Empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöne überdachte Veranda. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es gibt 5 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto einen richtig langen Sandstrand, der an einen Pinienwald grenzt. Restaurants sind genügend auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Arbatax ist richtig gemütlich und wenn man mehr will, fährt man einfach ums Eck nach Tortoli. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

Great little stop on our journey around Sardinia. My wife and I both loved the very tasteful decor and the facilities available were high quality and easy to use. Probably the most comfortable bed we slept in - and that's up against 5-star hotels! Arbatax has a lot to offer too with boat tours and plenty of other activities to do and some great restaurants for the foodies out there. I loved the little bay next to the gate with the lighthouse on the hill. Beautiful! Also like others say, it's a good place to be if you're a cat lover. They're everywhere! I think they should change the name of the town to ArbaCATS! If I had any small suggestions for additions, I think one would be to have some blackout curtains, and another would be to have a towel rack in the bathroom. We had a fantastic stay, and want to say a big thank you to the host for their flexibility and warm welcome.

We have a lovely week in Budoni. Graziella is a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with parking my car in my space as it was big and she offered to swap to an easier place. She got us some fresh figs from the garden :) the location is good, right next to all amenities , night market, icecream shop! The beach is a bit far by foot with children (15 minutes), but is only a few minutes in a car . Parking is cheap at budoni beach £3/day. The house itself is very well equipped and cosy. Everything you need !! Two air-con units one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Nice shaded patio with chairs and tables . Host always available and discreet. I recommend ++++
