Nueva Andalucía : locations de vacances en appartement

Wundervolle Lage, sehr große geräumige modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse von der aus man den Blick genießen kann. Javier war jederzeit erreichbar und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und auch Tipps für Erkundungen in der Umgebung gegeben. Bei uns (Ende April)war leider der Pool noch gesperrt,wurde aber am letzten Tag freigegeben. Insgesamt würde ich sehr gerne wiederkommen.

I recently stayed at this wonderful property and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Having access to the garage was incredibly convenient, especially since the elevator takes you directly to the door. Our small dog also had a fantastic time exploring the area. The outdoor spaces are great for walks, and I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the neighborhood is. I would certainly return to this lovely place. Just a note for future guests: a car is necessary for getting around. Highly recommended!

Our month-long March 2025 stay with Claire & Michael, Bentley & Bunny in the Torreblanca apt was wonderful & everything we could have hoped for. The condominium is very well equipped with everything that we needed for an enjoyable & stress-free stay. Kitchen is well stocked & we sincerely appreciated the welcome Cava & beers! The unit is spacious, well cared for with automatic blackout shutters, soundproof doors & windows. Direct elevator at door, easy secure underground parking, comfortable beds, regular linens change, washer, home gym, & loads of TV/audio channels! Private 360 degree-view rooftop terrace with excellent hot tub, large eating area & loads of very comfortable chaise lounges... & the most breathtaking sea & mountain views! Michael & Claire are excellent hosts, available & helpful yet unobtrusive, who go out of their way to make guests feel like friends & family. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We plan to return.

Vi tilbrakte seks fine dager i Rosa sin flotte leilighet. Leiligheten er ren og velutstyrt og ligger sentralt til strand,strandpromenade,butikker og mange restauranter. Vi hadde herlige frokoster i morgensol på balkongen. Takk for oss Rosa, vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos y muy tranquilos en el apartamento de Danielle, tiene una ubicación excelente, vistas preciosas y el apartamento está muy cuidado y con una decoración muy bonita y confortable. Gracias Danielle, sin duda es para volver!!!

Virkelig dejligt sted. Lidt larm udefra, men man kan ikke forvente andet med så god en beliggenhed. Ville bestemt besøge stedet en anden gang!

The apartment is beautiful, with a fantastic view, spotless cleanliness, and all the amenities we needed. Tamara was a wonderful host, she answered all our questions promptly and was always helpful. Imperdible! Si lo ves disponible, resérvalo porque este Airbnb es un joya. El anfitrión se comunicó conmigo en todo momento, me permitió ingresar un poco antes del horario de check in y al llegar ya nos estaba esperando en la puerta. El piso estaba reluciente y super equipado, ambientes espaciosos y luminosos, además de que la ubicación es genial. Está a unos 10 mins caminando de la playa de Venus y un poco menos del Cable. Hay un Mercadona enorme a 50 metros para hacer compras. MUY RECOMENDABLE!!

Tout était parfait merci Cher! Appartement avec vue incroyable, la terrasse était très agréable- la piscine et l’accès direct à la plages sont un vrai luxe dans ce coin ! Je recommande chaudement

Espaço muito tranquilo, bem equipado...tem tudo para uma estadia com material de limpeza e cozinha, ambiente calmo e familiar voltarei com certeza!!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L’appartamento era pulito, ben curato e conforme alla descrizione. Posizione comoda: il mare si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti, perfetto per una vacanza rilassante. Zona tranquilla e facilmente accessibile. Posteggio disponibile e sempre libero nei dintorni, cosa rara e molto apprezzata. Consiglio vivamente.

Hemos estado cinco días disfrutando de Benalmádena. La zona muy tranquila que era lo que necesitábamos. Se llega bien a la playa y está relativamente cerca de todo. Cenamos casi cada día en el patio con vistas al mar. Gracias a Sigrun por compartir esta bella casa con nosotros.

The place is huge, beautifully designed, and offers an absolutely breathtaking ocean view. It’s located in the same building as the renowned Cirumed Clinic, making it an ideal choice for anyone recovering from surgery. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the hosts were truly exceptional. After my surgery, I had limited mobility, and Anna Maria went above and beyond to assist me—she provided great tips for ordering groceries online and even brought me a whole package of water! The experience was wonderful, and I hope to return soon—next time, hopefully, to fully enjoy the beach. Highly recommend this place for both recovery and a relaxing getaway!

Damian was an amazing host! The apartment was clean, well equipped and in an amazing location. Damian was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. I wish all hosts were as good as him!

Siamo stati ospiti di Jordan, persona molto cordiale, socievole e disponibile. L’alloggio é stupendo, molto curato e ben rifinito: ordine, pulizia, facilità di accesso e flessibilità per gli orari di check-in/check-out. L’appartamento ha una vista stupenda, situato all’ottavo piano di un edificio di fronte al mare tra il porto turistico e playa de malapesquera. Difficilmente dimenticheremo il nostro soggiorno, reso indimenticabile anche dalla qualità dell’alloggio. Grazie di cuore per averci dato la possibilità di soggiornare qui. We were guests of Jordan, a very friendly, sociable and helpful person. The accommodation is wonderful, very well-kept and well-finished: order, cleanliness, easy access and flexibility for check-in/check-out times. The apartment has a wonderful view, located on the eighth floor of a building facing the sea between the marina and playa de malapesquera. Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to stay here.

Our stay at Oskar's was wonderful. The apartment overlooked a beautiful golf course creating such serenity, lushness and peacefulness we loved sitting out on the balcony it was the highlight of our day . Parking underground in the building was a breeze, large grocery shop in walking distance and some lovely beaches. Plenty restaurants to choose from and it was an easy 1 hr bus ride to Malaga with the bus stop just down the road and well worth a visit along with Marbella this time just over an hour by car. The apartment block was quiet and had a great sized pool and a gym. I highly recommend a stay, there was so much to see and do and sadly our 15nights just went by too fast.

This is our second visit here and everything was perfect. Great location, views, access to golf, gym, pickleball and our family. Claire was great as always!! Highly recommend!!

We stayed at this location for 2 weeks. As described by others the kitchen is fully equipped. You can see the train station from the balcony. It is in a great location close to shopping, cafes, bars. The beach is close (walking distance). If you can't do the stairs you can take the elevator for 0.50€ each. Grocery store Mercadona is close by approx 5 minute walk. The appartment is above bars so it can get noisy sometimes. What stands out the most is the hospitality from Marco. I was very grateful for his hospitality. I would definately recommend this location. The appartment was extremely clean. Enjoy your stay!!

Great stay at Carmens place Ideal location Perfect for our needs

O local é magnífico, com várias piscinas tranquilas que nos proporcionaram momentos de relaxamento. Embora seja necessário transporte próprio ou público para nos deslocarmos, apreciámos muito a tranquilidade da zona. Destacamos a simpatia de quem nos recebeu e a limpeza da casa, que estava impecável, apesar de termos encontrado alguma louça mal lavada. As camas eram muito confortáveis e o terraço, maior do que aparenta nas fotografias, ofereceu-nos uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. O ar condicionado foi uma mais-valia, especialmente com o calor intenso que se faz sentir.

Traumhaftes Appartment - wie auf den Fotos Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft - eine der schönsten Unterkünfte mit Blick aufs Meer Appartment super sauber, schön eingerichtet, tolle Betten Einweisungen waren klar und sehr gut nachvollziehbar - Karen war stets erreichbar und super hilfreich Restaurants in der Nähe - einige weiter weg, aber in Summe gute Auswahl Parkplatz vor der Tür - etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen, aber man wächst mit seinen Aufgaben Einzige Kritikpunkte - trotz Höhe des Appartments und direkter Lage am Meer gibts Moskitos, die nachts nerven und die laute Autobahn im Hintergrund bei zu wenig Meeresrauschen trotzdem in Summe eine absolute Empfehlung - wir würden wiederkommen Danke Karen

Amazing stay and beautiful hosts! :) The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay! We arrived late and were greeted with essentials and good vibes! I can’t put into words how beautiful the compound is! You’ll have to book and see it for ya selves! We will be back :)

We had a wonderful stay at Erik’s apartment. Everything was perfectly prepared for us when we arrived — including beach towels and loungers, cooking ingredients, plenty of dishes and pots, shampoo, enough hangers, and even an iron for our clothes. Erik was in constant communication with us throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend his place for a couple. The views are absolutely stunning, and the service was excellent.
