A cozy house perfect for 4, on the northern seaside of Croatia in a town called Selce, 10 mins from Crikvenica with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Krk. It has a big garden, 3 bedrooms and is waiting for You to enjoy the summer. You have the whole house all to yourself during your reservation, we are there just to greet you and hand you the keys and on the last day to check you out. You have the privacy of the house and garden cause the house is isolated from other neighbours.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
