On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

You’ll love my place because you are staying in wonderful nature,situated at hamlet Škuncini stani, but still not far away(6km) from city of Novalja, where are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Apartman se sastoji od prostrane spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetom, opremljene kuhinje u sklopu dnevnog boravka( gdje se nalazi još jedan pomoćni krevet), kupaonice i terase sa pogledom na more.
