I would absolutely stay here again! The check-in process was smooth, and Michael was incredibly flexible and responsive to any questions we had. The directions to the property were clear and easy to follow. Although we didn't cook while we were there, the place had everthing you would need to host. The house comfortably accommodated all six of us for the night, and since the weather was beautiful, we spent much of our time enjoying the stunning backyard. The entire setup was absolutely perfect—couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Celio's place was absolutely beautiful and fit the pictures provided. Celio was responsive and provided anything that was forgotten. The kitchen is well stocked which was important as my group wanted to cook during our stay. The roads leading to the airbnb are a bit bumpy as a general heads up but does not at all make the stay any less enjoyable. Neighbors enjoy playing music but we actually enjoyed it as well! Overall, great stay and I would stay again if I returned.

The house was exactly as described and seen in the photos, a large, beautiful, authentic log cabin in the woods. The setting was quiet and beautiful though conviently right off the main road. We enjoyed cross country skiing, ice skating and a sleigh ride in Jackson (about 30 min away) and shopping in North Conway (about 20 min). Eileen made sure we were plowed and shoveled regularly during the snow storm so we enjoyed curling up by the fire and watching a movie on the large tv. My mother in particular enjoyed all the vintage decor which brought back childhood memories.

The house was lovely and so close to everything! Host had excellent recommendations! The place was fantastic, and the hospitality was exceptional. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and an excellent location for my graduation from SNHU. There were plenty of towels and amenities to keep the family busy. Perfect place to take family photos and hang out by the lake or inside in a VERY comfy couch. Would definitely book here again!

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

We loved our stay at Prime Rock Sq! The perfect, affordable spot for a weekend getaway for a couple. Of note was the king size bed, which was SO comfortable! The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and also very quiet even though we were close to downtown. We came back one evening and a fire had been made in the fire pit outside which was a fun way to wind down the evening. It was just a delightful little spot and we will definitely be back! The hosts were great and communication was excellent. Thank you both for having us!

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

Forrest and Bridget were wonderful hosts! The place was super easy to find, exactly like the pictures and it was a perfect wknd ski vacation in NH to stay at and have quick access to Attitash and Wildcat Mountains! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore NH!

The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

Very nice apartment for our family (5 persons), relaxed to stay, sufficient space, good facilities to cook, and all (practical) items available what you wish for, well located for day trips to Boston and the beautiful area around Ipswich.

Very quiet area, was able to walk my dog every morning down the road which was beautiful. Comfortable cabin; just the right size for our stay. Will definitely book again, we go to NH at least 2x a year for hiking.

Our stay was fantastic. Hot tub was great and clean. One thing I will say is while we were there, it snowed about a foot and the driveway was not plowed. Granted I have a large truck but our neighbors could not leave the driveway due to them having a small car. We had to basically shovel the whole driveway so they could leave. I obviously expected it to snow and have to shovel a little bit it’s a decent size driveway. However it did not take away from our stay at the cottage. I would still rent again for a weekend.

My wife and I came here after our wedding on a 'mini-moon' just to get away and reflect on our wedding. We've been here once before, and this trip was just as good as the last, even though the weather wouldn't cooperate most of the weekend. The hosts were again very proactive and responsive - we had one very minor issue (that I wouldn't have even mentioned) and the host proactively reached out to apologize for the minor inconvenience. They also left us a little somethng to commemorate our wedding and make us feel special. We again couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a memorable, unplugged escape.

Marie & Tim were excellent hosts. So friendly, detailed, accommodating, and their recommendations were excellent. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to make sure you have everything you need, and more. The cabin is a beautiful, rustic cabin with all the feelings of home. The furnishings and décor made it so perfect. On approach to the property, the lighting and appearance is so beautiful. It was like driving into wonderland. I hated having to go home! I wanted to stay forever! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you Marie & Tim!

This little get away was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed! We went into town the people are so friendly and very helpful, the neighbor Jim was a sweet guy and always said good morning! and told us a great spot for ice cream. Try the Simple Maple cup it was amazing. Place was clean and just like the photos, highly recommend.

My husband and I went to Ossipee to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with every amenity you could possibly need. Michele was a wonderful host, attentive to every detail and offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. She made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely be back—we loved it!
