House was well appointed. Great for a large group. Great location to walk to town and beach. Communication was easy, even with using a third party management company. However, the extra paperwork (listing all guests names and ages, for example), contracts, and use of a second app other than Airbnb were a surprise.

Such a beautiful home! The hosts were very responsive.

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

We had a great stay!! The house was perfect for the five of us and our dog, with enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was the best part! Melissa was super prompt when it seemed like the heat to the pool wasn’t running and we were back in there in no time - the heated water was perfect for this fall weather! We also tried some of the recommended spots and overall, this was exactly the quick getaway we needed!

Josh and Kiara have a beautifully decorated home that made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the decor really added to the atmosphere, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Their hospitality was evident, from their great communication to the thoughtful card wishing my friend luck on her exam, which was such a kind gesture. There was a small cleaning oversight, but they were very responsive and clearly care about their guests’ experience. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely consider booking again in the future!

Clean house and will definitely book again for our needs. Very comfortable with everything.

Our group - four adults and three kids - had a wonderful time at Mike’s cabin. The house is inviting, super clean and well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kids especially enjoyed playing in the snow and sledding on the property. Definitely recommend a stay at Mike’s place!

The house had plenty of room for my family of 10. We truly appreciated all of the extra things to do at the house. The pool table/ping pong table was a hit for the young adults. The fact that they had enough kayaks that the young adults could go out in a group was a huge plus. The only negative I would say is the amount of lily pads in front of the house didn’t allow for swimming off the dock or fishing. Obviously this is not the fault of the owner so we made the best of it.

We loved this house! It had the best equipped kitchen of all the airbnbs I have stayed at. We ate most of our meals in so this was a big bonus. My grandkids loved the toys and games. The wagon, stroller and beach toys were much appreciated. We used the grill, the firepit and lovely front porch. This home allows you to relax and feel at home away from home.

It is the perfect place for our family with lots of space. We love the yard for the kids to be able to run around. It is also close enough to downtown to walk. Joe is very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay with our little ones! Very open and spacious with an amazing kitchen! The deck and yard were perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful view.

The location was perfect and right in the middle of the downtown area. Everything was easy to walk to which was perfect for our first trip with our son in a stroller. The place was much larger than we thought and was very spacious. The backyard was also quite large for anyone bringing a pet and a great place to relax when it’s nice outside.

This place was perfect for my husband, our ten year old and my mother and I. Plenty of space and privacy for my mother on second floor, and for us on the first floor. Everything was well designed- there was plenty of flexible and very comfortable seating in the living room and bedrooms for hanging out, and also around the dinner table. So much natural light, and free of clutter, yet it felt homey and like someone cared about their space, not just furnished as a rental business. The neighborhood was great for playing pass in the cul de sac, or across st at park and playground, and lovely for walking. Kitchen appliances were primo, and we found everything we needed. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Good little farm house for a great value and price. Clean, warm, beds, hot shower, and a coffee pot, all we needed when coming to bair lake Bible camp for the weekend. Host responsive and very flexible. There is one pic with a bunk bed that is not there anymore. It’s a king bed instead. Also is right on M-60 and road noise is a factor for sleeping if that bothers you, didn’t bother us as we used fans and sound machine. We will probably be using this place again next year this time and will see about getting both houses for more of our guys to sleep at for the men’s retreat at bair lake. Thanks Buffy and Kevin.

Awesome stay! My daughter and I used this place for the weekend. We felt very safe there. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Janie went above and beyond as a host!

Our group had an absolutely amazing stay! Everyone raved about how beautiful the property was—from the peaceful setting to the gorgeous interior. The hot tub was a favorite spot for unwinding, and the well-stocked, spacious kitchen made it easy (and fun!) to cook all our meals in. We also loved having a grill to use! The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home to any large group looking for a relaxing, well-equipped getaway with all the comforts of home.

Cathy was a great host, very responsive! House was great, it accommodated our family size perfect. The only thing in my opinion that was missing was washer and dryer access in the home. We were traveling with toddlers and couldn’t wash a load of clothes. But aside from that everything else was great.

Rina & John’s place really felt like home. The neighborhood is peaceful & the home is walking distance to the park and basically within a 5 minute drive to the restaurants, mall’s & attractions. I will definitely choose to stay with Aruba and John again in the future.

For me it’s was an amazing experience. I absolutely loved the sauna. I am a cold natured person and the heat was relaxing. Do not get me started on the bidet! My first experience was well…let’s just say I’m probably going to put one in my home. Victoria was a super host! I travel the country building playgrounds and I’ve been staying at Airbnb homes for several years. Victoria made our stay here very memorable. 10+ on my scale of Hosting!

It was nice, quiet and peaceful place. Great place to relax and unwind. Loved my stay, the house had a very homey feel to it.
