The home is steps away from a quiet, sandy sunset beach, and a short walk to the public beach. There's biking, skiing, kayaking, golfing, and hiking within easy reach, and Collingwood's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to everything with a car. Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter. Being close to the lake means lots of beautiful white fluffy snow which turns all the trees into a beautiful winter wonderland.

Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Hall House provides upscale hotel-style accommodations with 4 separate guest rooms each with keypad entrance, king or queen bed, fireplace antiques and modern spa bath. Notch Hostel - The Pinkham Room (Shared)

Bed in shared bunk room at the Notch Hostel, a farmhouse-turned-hostel with communal bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Bunk room sleeps a total of 8 people; you will be sharing room with other guests. 1st floor. Deck off the room where you can enjoy your coffee and watch the many birds that frequent the hostel. This room is dog-friendly! We allow one dog per night, you must ask if we have space before booking with a dog. $20/dog/night. Dogs must be leashed, may not be left unattended at hostel.
