Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Erdgeschoss, eigene Terrasse Achtung! Ein Schlafzimmer ist im Untergeschoss, da das Haus am leichten Berghang gebaut ist. Im Sommer nur für kurze Aufenthalte geeignet. Die Ortstaxe in Höhe von 2,80 EUR/Nacht/Person ab dem 15.Lebensjahr ist im Preis exkludiert und in bar bei der Ankunft zu bezahlen. Die Küche ist zum Kochen ausgestattet, es gibt aber KEINE Lebensmittel/Öl/Zucker. Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Duschtücher (1 Set/Person) sind inkludiert.

Located the midst of of fantastic ski slopes and hiking trails and its numerous mountain-bike trails (incl. downhill); with lake Walensee and its beaches reachable by gondola for windsurfing, sailing or just to relax one never gets bored either winter or summer.
