The village offers shops, cafes, ice-cream parlour, food outlets, a pub, post office, pharmacy, green-grocers, arcades, crazy golf, children's park and skate-park. The house is spacious with contemporary touches alongside original features. There is off road parking to the side of the property.

In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.
