We booked our stay for a couple of nights away for our family of 4. Talita and Vinny were very welcoming to their adorable place! The cottage is right on the water on the very clean and lovely lake. We had everything we needed and I loved the way the place was decorated. We really enjoyed the stand up paddle boards and the shaded seating area. Our kiddos (9 and 11) we very happy hanging in the hot tub and tossing bread to the blue gills. Good food options nearby - we really enjoyed George's Surf n' Turf. I recommend this stay and hope to be back in the future!

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! Thanks for having us... we loved every minute!! 🧙🧙🧙

The setting is so beautiful! Water views from almost everywhere...and we were there close to peak fall color season. Plus the house has more docks, outdoor seating areas, etc. than one can keep track of! The interior was very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The owners were very quick to respond to our messages. Only minor recommendations I'd suggest would be to have better soap/shampoo/conditioners in the showers...and more kitchen cleaning supplies. Overall, we are DEFINITELY going back!

Perfect little beach cottage! Comfortable, clean and very convenient to the beach and other fun activities like the arcade. Would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home and Rick allowed us to bring our dog and two cats, a bonus not easily found. The rental was cozy but big enough for the two of us and 3 fur babies. The shower was nice and hot, the Wi-Fi was excellent and we had a great Roku TV that we easily streamed our services without issue. The furniture was very big and comfortable with throws available for added warmth. The bedroom was perfect with plenty of space for our clothes, a nice bed and new fresh bedding. The absolutely only challenge was the narrow, curvy driveway! Luckily, we had a good back up camera and the street wasn’t very busy. This minor issue is not enough to deter us from returning for another stay!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.

Ponder Point is a beautiful, relaxing cottage. The water looks like diamonds with sunlight sparkling on it and the occasional duck swimming by. The extra touches that Ana provides including cozy blanket throws and hot chocolate add to the relaxing ambiance. It was exactly what I was looking for and I will be back! If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing space within driving distance of multiple amenities, I highly recommend Ponder Point.

Our stay with our two dogs was amazing. We appreciated how well thought out the yard and the dog gates were in order to keep our dogs safe. Thank you very much!!!

We had a very nice stay at the “Back Beach Cottages” Both cottages were well equipped and had everything you would need to feel at home. Beach chairs and towels were a definite plus and we really enjoyed the Sunday night concert from the deck. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as two lovely beaches. Meghan was very responsive prior to and throughout our stay. The view was better than expected and seeing the sunrise from the cottage was a highlight of our trip.

We greatly enjoyed this relaxing retreat on scenic Silver Lake while visiting our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and Eric was an excellent host with great communication and recommendations for local music. He did a super job with keeping the walkways and driveway free of winter snow and ice with challenging weather conditions. We loved the location that was 20 minutes from the Westwood YMCA and close to Hollis markets and restaurants. We especially appreciated the old fashioned Country Store Ace Hardware and Toy Store in nearby Milford.

The Little House was very cleaned and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was in town for work and the house's cozy atmosphere and view of the pond made it a great place to unwind and relax at the end of a long work day. I felt right at home. I would love to return on future business trips and it would be great to stay sometime for a more leisurely vacation. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Flip Flop and would recommend. It is so close to the beach and the welcome book had great restaurant recommendations. The Beach Plums clam chowder was especially good. The drive to Portsmouth or Rye is just 12 minutes or so. So much to do in the city for first timers! We were doing family research in the area and it was a lovely way to spend time together. Our great grandfather was a shoaler so we were surprised to look out on a clear day and see the Isles of Shoals. Thank you Carrie for your responsiveness!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were in Hampton to attend the Seafood Festival and had wanted to get a place closer to all the action. But this turned out to be better. We liked staying up North where it's quieter and less crowded. And we had two cars so having a driveway was a big plus. It was only 2 miles to the festival (we even walked there along the beach) and after a fun busy day it was nice to go back to the quieter neighborhood. The house was as expected. It is small but that was fine for our purposes. It is decorated nicely and it was clean and comfortable. There were lots of plush bath towels. The beach chairs in the shed and the cozy throws on the porch were useful when we watched the fireworks at the beach at night. The instructions for the house were clear and complete. Brenden was very responsive and helpful . We would definitely stay there again.
