Your accommodation is a 1 bedroom self contained unit (new 2017)sited on our property. Fully insulated and double glazed there is also a heat pump for your comfort. The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

Beautiful quiet setting, private patio, off street car parking, 100m to beach - the perfect place to relax and unwind! Close to award winning eateries, buses, malls .
