A stunning location literally across the road from Palm Beach. Well equipped and thoughtful touches with lush gardens and Lyndal was an excellent host. We so appreciated the early check in and extended check out so we could enjoy the sunny day. Would highly recommend and hope we can come back.

Lynne is truly the best host we’ve ever had. She welcomed us with a big smile, warmth, and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The place is absolutely lovely, with breathtaking views, excellent bedding, and beautiful furniture. Everything was thoughtfully prepared,homemade muffins (they were amazing!), snacks, chocolates, and even asking for our milk and wine preferences! Her hospitality truly went above and beyond. Lynne made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and really appreciated the care she put into every detail. Quite a great little place for 2 people for a couple days. I'd recommend this stay just for a short couple days as there is no oven, but that did not affect our stay as we had quite an effective BBQ which made up for it. I would like to come back again in the future. Everything was clean and pristine and up to standard. A lovely thank you to our hosts.🙂

Perfect stay at Josh’s place which is very well located next to Ponsonby road. Calm, clean and sunny appartment with all necessary amenities. Highly recommended for your trip in Auckland !

Excellent Airbnb. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Rozelle was very helpful and let us check in early - we were very grateful. Nice touches with fruit yoghurt and cereal left for us. Would recommend.

We had friends around the corner in Torbay. Browns Bay is bigger and only a short (steep) walk down. The Bark and Brew was our fave coffee place. I swam the bay every day. Safe beech. Spacious accommodation with a proper lounge and separate bedroom. Great bed. I think the telly is Sky but we never turned it on! Good wifi. Loads of stuff in the kitchen. It’s all just great!

We had a lovely Easter break at Pauline’s Airbnb. Loved the location - quick to walk to local beaches & the village. Easy public transport to visit other spots on the island and to get to/ from the ferry. We appreciated the chocolate, breakfast cereals, and fresh OJ! Lovely outdoor area too.

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. The house was beautiful, great decks, great views five star plus. Love the hot tub. Use the garage for plan some darts and a bit of poor. Pretty close walk to the beach. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much. 😊 😊

We had a great stay here as three couples with toddlers. Plenty of room with the four bedrooms and large kitchen, living, and dining areas. It has a great deck to sit out on and enjoy the afternoon sun. Plus it’s a one minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be staying again.

This was the perfect place for us (4 sisters) treating our 90 yr old mum for her birthday. We rented both upstairs and downstairs so plenty of space and very easy for our mum to get around. The beachfront location was amazing. Gabrielle was very accommodating with a couple of requests we had and always prompt in replying. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

Would highly recommend staying here! It has everything I was looking for in a cozy, private resort condo to stay at over Easter weekend. Beautiful location, very private, and right by the bus stop for the 502 that can take you most places in Waiheke. Arcadia just a short walk up the road is also a great place to eat that's closeby.
