Welcome short-term stays of GROUND FLOOR of my detached village house. Well furnished with electrical appliances in country style. Indoor space is 450 sq.ft. Outdoor patio/garden are 3000 sq.ft. Free parking space with road access. 15-minute walk to the closest bus stop, supermarket and shops. 30-min walk to Sheung Shui metro station. Located next to Hong Kong golf club, horse riding club and cross country dirt bike club. Next to hiking trails of Lam Tsuen country park. Quiet place for retreat.

This apartment has a balcony and a private rooftop where you can enjoy a romantic sunset or have a BBQ party with friends. It's not located in the city centre. Travel to the nearest MTR takes 10 min by taxi to the Sheung Shui Station, 15 min to Yuen Long Station. By bus B1 to Yuen Long Station, it takes 25 min, including walking time. Travelling to Shenzhen City, only takes 10 to 15 min. Convenient store, Chinese and Thai restaurants available in San Tin, about 5 min away by bus.
