Spacious areas featuring a Main Bedroom with a Sofa Lounge in the main living area for those extra guests or children. Breakfast supplied for all guests.

Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.
