This villa is perfectly situated near a stunning beach with breathtaking ocean views. The team looking after the villa was incredibly supportive, always attentive to every need, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the amazing food they prepared—fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic local taste. Every meal felt like a special treat! Pour commencer nous n’avons pas eu la chance de rester dans ce logement en raison d’une erreur de date. Toutefois, l’hôte très proactif nous a proposé un autre logement tout aussi beau et encore plus grand au même tarif ( Villa Hiru Sindu). À quelques minutes à pied de la plage, cette villa offre un jardin et un espace vert verdoyant et calme. Nous avons même aperçu des singes sur les arbres fruitiers de la propriété. D’ailleurs, il nous faut mentionner la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui habite à quelques mètres de la maison. Elle nous a accueilli avec un immense sourire et des jus frais de son jardin. Pour un séjour de dernière minute nous étions très bien ! Il faut toutefois noter qu’il n’y a pas de filet à moustiques au dessus des lits ce qui peut être un inconvénient pour certains voyageurs. Comme la villa est nouvellement accessible, il s’agit d’un des elements potentiels à ajuster pour le futur. Somme toute, nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour!

We cannot describe how amazing our stay was. This is the best place in whole Sri Lanka. We stayed here with our 1.5y old toddler and we all loved the villa. Swimming pool is suitable for a kid and rooms are very nice and clean. Location also is great. Away from the city noise but close enough to the beach. Amazing host Kanishka drove us everywhere with his tuk tuk. We booked this place for 4 nights but we loved it here so much that we cancelled our flight and stayed 10 more days. And the best part of it is the familly who owns the villa. So kind and frendly people. They will do anything for you to make your stay unforgettable. Kanishkas mother can cook you the most amazing food. His sister and mother also babysit our toddler which was amazing. We felt like a part of their family. The kindest people we have met. There are monkeys coming by every morning and evening. Perfect additioin to superb villa. If you are visiting Sri Lanka we highly recommend this place. You will be in love.

We loved the sound of the sea and appreciated the comfortable beds and airconditioning. The fact that the property is enclosed with space for our toddler to play was convenient. Anke had great recommendations; including for nearby beaches with that was ideal for our toddler. The restaurant on the other side of the beach has great coffee. And I enjoyed the surf lesson provided by local surfing school very much. The spa at the Anantara nearby was excellent. All in all we had a lovely family holiday. There were personal touches and extra treats that were much appreciated.

Amazing little sanctuary in the heart of Hiriketiya. Very short walk to either Dikwella or Hiriketiya beach. Beautifully decorated villa with plenty of outdoor space. It was private and relaxing. You are at one with nature (Monkeys, spiders, mosquitos etc) but that is to be expected in a tropical location. Owners super friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations around the area. We had a wonderful stay!

De beste plek tot nu toe in Sri Lanka! De kamer, keuken en badkamer zijn ruim, zeer schoon en fijn ingedeeld. Je hebt een warme douche en wc papier. Koelkast en vriezer werken goed. Je hebt een plekje om lekker te zitten en te eten. Het bed ligt comfortabel en de klamboe is goed! De familie is heel aardig. Je voelt je erg thuis. Locatie is naar ons idee ook perfect. Minuut lopen naar het eerste strand. Je kan er lekker op ligbedjes liggen en een kokosnoot bestellen (etc). Stukje verderop is schildpadden strand, wat leuk is om naartoe te gaan. Je kan fietsen huren, dan kan je ook naar andere strandjes of de omgeving verkennen. Al met al: een echte aanrader!!

We absolutely love this place and could not recommend it enough. The team at the property have made this stay very unique and enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing and the chef changes it everyday. We had a whole beach to ourselves and the dogs were very friendly. The property is very well kept and feels like you are a part of nature with monkeys appearing throughout the day. The beach was beautiful and we saw turtles twice during our stay. Swimmable area just along the beach which was perfect. Beds were very comfortable with fan. All the food cooked was delicious and some of the best we had in Sri Lanka. We will most definitely be back.

Nilan's family were very lovely and welcoming. lots of love and care went into building the guesthouse and it's little garden. they were kind enough to involve us in their new year celebration.
