NoDa, Charlotte : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a great stay at Brian and Erica's place. Amazing location and property - especially for the price. Beds were comfy, the lounge and deck were great spots to relax, and my wife loved the freestanding bathtub. Would stay here again for sure.

My family stayed for 3+ weeks and it was perfect. CNM was so quick to communicate, the condo was very comfortable and loved that it was walkable to restaurants and grocery.

Solid location for a weekend away with friends. This was very easy and worth the rate.

Perfect place for two people that that are mobile. An almost brand new unit that has all of the latest conveniences. The bed is supper comfortable. The rental unit is located above a two car garage that is very quiet for a wonderful green way is located directly behind the rental. In the Belmont section of Charlotte within an easy walk to the blue line that quickly gets one downtown or north to No Da.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

Connor and his cohost (Jessica) were absolutely wonderful! They genuinely care about their guest and showed this in the way that they communicated with me throughout my stay. There was a slight issue that I noticed shortly after my arrival. I was exhausted from my travel and immediately reached out to Connor and Jessica, and they did everything they could to take care of my concern to ensure that I was pleased with my stay. Their property is exactly as listed. It was clean and in a nice location. As other reviews have stated, the place is very comfortable and feels like home. If I'm in the area again for work, I will stay here without hesitation. Thank you Connor and Jessica for a wonderful stay.

Loved staying here so convenient to walk in the plaza Midwood area! Very cute neighborhood and loved the Airbnb! Definitely would stay here again!

Felt right at home during our whole stay! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood with great gardens and nature trees. The blue Line is only a 15 minute walk from the house, very convenient. I would recommend Brian's place and would stay there again when visiting Charlotte.

This home was beautiful & had everything we needed and more. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will try to stay everytime we visit charlotte:)

Second time staying here. Absolutely perfect! Good amount of space, clean/neat. I feel right at home. Close to downtown Fort Mill, easily navigate to the interstate highway. Great restaurants, DoorDash options are good too. Neighborhood is quiet, and I felt very safe

We had a truly relaxing and peaceful stay here. Everything was just as described and the host was helpful and responsive throughout. This house is such a great space and in an absolutely gorgeous location, also very convenient to all the stores and restaurants you might need!

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Edward's place was amazing. I secured it on short notice and Edward incredibly accommodating. The beds were incredible and the layout perfect for relaxing. i would definitely go back.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)
