We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back! It is a super cute cabin with a great veiw off the back deck that you can watch while enjoying the hot tub. No light polution to interfere with stargazing. A great space to have your pets with you, the little fenced private yard was perfect, and it was nice being able to have a little bon fire while we hung out. I have already, and will continue to recommend this place for my family and friends. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent romantic retreat! Very relaxing place with hot tub. Nice Alaskan rustic fixtures and decor. The views are amazing, and it's nice to be a few minutes away from town while still close enough to stores and restaurants.

This has become a 'go-to' for me and my family! Always a treat and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. For those that need to work, the internet is fast and reliable. The Sauna, Cold Plunge and Hot Tub are a highlight! Hosts are always friendly and welcoming.

Pictures don't do justice for sure. What a lovely little getaway. The hot tub was immaculate. which was really nice. The deck upstairs was perfect for stargazing. I felt right at home. I would absolutely rent again. My only little thing that was a little off was the no windows coverings in the sitting area. Other than that. it was amazing.

I brought my mom for her first time to Homer. This was a great location to explore from and a better one to come back to and relax.

This was such an absolutely gorgeous stay! The cabin was perfect and the view was so amazing. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing.

Second or third stay at the cabins, wonderful! great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Sauna was always on point after a long day. If you are looking for a great place, awesome cabin that is easy to find, perfectly located and cozy, this is it!! Being able to bring the puppers along made it that much better, even if it was a "work" trip. Thanks again, see you next April

Picturesque!! Absolutely stunning views and peaceful quiet oasis. Everything was great. Stocked kitchen for cooking. Will definitely be booking this place again. We only used the main floor bedroom, but the bed was extremely comfortable. Don’t pass this one up.

Rustic and quaint accommodations, as described. Quiet, but within walking distance of good restaurants, shops, and fine drinking establishments.

The cabin was a great space for me, a friend, and a dog - we stayed in the moose cabin. It was easy to find, peaceful, and had details that made our staycation great. Our hosts were super friendly from housekeeping to offering firewood for the fire pit. The cabin was dry and the bathroom was just feet from the cabin. The ambiance was cozy and charming. I would stay here again.

We went for beach combing and some R&R. This is the closest place to the beach for stays, and is very private and secure. Theres a volleyball net and place for grilling :-). Our hosts were wonderful, and even left a stuffed animal for our puppy to play with. Paradisos, a nearby eatery has good food, we recommend the greek platter, if you like gyros you wont be disappointed. - Dan and Mal.

Cabin is super cute, check in was easy, loved that they have a blanket specifically for dogs. Cabin has a nice view of the stars, a super fast hot water heater and a coffee pot. ☕ Everything I needed for a spontaneous overnight trip.

Such a charming cabin with an excellent view in a perfect location. The kitchen was fully stocked (a huge plus) but honestly nothing was better than the view! One of our favorite AirBnB’s EVER!

Altho I did not communicate with Allison directly in regards to the stay, I did communicate with Katia who provided me with all the info I needed and timely updates. This is our second time staying at the Surfshack and it is a great location for a cozy haven after a long day of kayaking!

Beautiful setting and comfy furniture. This is a great landing spot. The 3rd bed is in an arctic entry/addition so a bit chilly. We were welcomed by a moose stopping by the backyard for dinner. We didn’t have time to build a fire in the fire pit, but it would’ve been an awesome setting to do so. Neat place!

The place is cute but practical with towels and kitchen utensils and everything else you could need in a pinch. The bunk bed a little wobbly but not bad. Danise was a super super friendly host! The hot water tank is small so don't expect to take long showers and baths for every guest and do the dishes all in one day, lol. The property was really quiet and peaceful and the lake especially was so quiet and nice. We rested well here during our travels! We really appreciated it being pet friendly and clean!

It was wonderful to stay at Becky’s place. Will definitely come back when around again. Worth every penny.

Great stay in Kenai. Cabin has everything you'd need for a comfortable visit. Clean, easy, beautiful views. No complaints. Cabin is quite close to the owners house, so it's not a remote cabin experience. But that is totally fine and I didn't mind that.

Nikki we cannot thank you enough for being so flexible with our scheduling and working with us! Second time we have stayed with you and we cannot wait to stay again!! You made us feel welcomed and just an outstanding experience. Private secluded accommodation yet still being close to town gave us the recharge we needed for a night away to be a couple! The hot tub soak was relaxing and refreshing with the winter air. The cabin was pristine and comfortable! Thank you so much!!

We had a wedding at AJ Dimond Ranch and rented out the entire campsite next-door at this property for our guest to walk to following the wedding. It was a great place for our after wedding gathering- the properties are connected. Between the three tents and campsite, it easily hosted everyone from the wedding that was interested in camping after! The owners were excellent at communicating with us before.

Un lugar maravilloso. una gran cabaña en el medio del bosque con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días. todo limpio y ordenado. nos dejaron leña para hacer fuego y un detalle de bienvenida. Estuvimos 3 noches al final del viaje y nos hubiéramos quedado mucho más. Si regresamos a Alaska sin duda volveremos. gracias

Really enjoyed my stay. Close to the Sterling for access to whatever, but far enough out that any road noise is gone and you feel quite remote. Cabin was great, warm, plenty of space, and nice furnishings. Would recommend and stay again!

What a great spot! Quiet and beautiful, with everything you need for a great stay! The grounds are beautiful, and the cabin is great. Really glad I chose this spot, and look forward to staying there again!
