Ninh Xuân : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

The Villa was amazing, even better than it photos! Also, the staffs were amazing, they were always available for us during the trip. Great experience and a great place, I would go again anytime and recommend to everybody!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Thanh und seiner Familie sehr genossen. Obwohl das Homestay etwas abseits von Ninh Binh gelegen ist, sind alle sehenswerten Attraktionen gut zu erreichen. Der Pool ist angenehm, um der Mittagshitze zu entfliehen. Thanh hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend versorgt. Das Essen vor Wort war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Ein paar gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

hôte d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours serviable , emplacement est en plein milieu route les activités, 1,5 km pour mua cave, 4 km pour tam coc fait avec les vélos mis a disposition gratuitement. la cuisine est super bonne avec des produits frais et très bien servi pour un bon prix. le seul petit point est le coq qui chante a 4h du matin pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger mais c'est la nature

We had a great stay! The host was wonderful always making sure we were fed and had everything we needed. Very relaxing spot with comfortable beds. One thing that was a little difficult is food. It’s best to have a bike or rent one from the home as there’s no grab delivery and most restraunts won’t come to you because it’s to far away they so and grab becomes a little pricey to get around (I can’t drive a bike)

Wow. Best guest house hospitality I have ever encountered. Mrs Ninh was a great host, her food was delicious. My daughter was sick and her husband took us to the hospital. Mrs Ninh knowledge of the area and what to do was amazing. She assisted us with everything related to tours and booking transport to leave. She also supported us to engage with our next host. She is so kind and warm hearted!!!

A truly wonderful homestead! Hannah and her entire family were so hospitable and truly made our stay in Ninh Binh feel like home. The rooms are spacious and the pool is perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Hannah’s cooking was also a highlight. Eating delicious homemade pho was the best way to start to every morning! The location is great - nestled within the hills but close to the city and super easy to pick up a Grab. Lastly, the scenery surrounding the area is breath taking - highly recommend renting the bicycles to take in views and sunsets (available to rent from the Airbnb).

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was exactly like the photos - a beautifully styled place that feels like home. The amenities were great and the outdoor space had beautiful views of the pagoda at night. The location is great and the downstairs coffee shop is a bonus! The host and coffee shop staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Love the place in the country side. Close to all the attractions and downtown. You can rent motorbike or bicycle from the airbnb. The airbnb food is ok. They adjusted it to better fit westerners taste buds. You can easily bike to downtown to get more food. Love the staff!! They are super friendly and helpful.
