This bungalow in the heart of the Nilgiris is our entire footprint — and it always will be. While the world builds bigger, we chose to stay small. Three bedrooms. Endless views. And all the space left for those who truly belong here. Every room opens to the same stunning vista — rolling hills and morning mist. Every door leads to paths where elephants roam and tigers walk.

Isabel cottage

A lovely cottage with a fresh water river(Chaliyar) view and in the midst of tea plantations. The river is a 5 minute walk for guests from the cottage and they are permitted to fish and bathe in the water. Cottage is surrounded by 40 cents of tea bushes and other fruiting trees like lichee, avocado and oranges.

Tenerife Hill Plantation Farm Stay

Situated within our tea estate in Coonoor, our plantation farm stay has two bedrooms that open out onto their own private gardens and has a private lounge area that offers spectacular views of the surrounding tea estate & the rolling Nilgiri hills.
