The location was perfect, with lot of cafe, restaurants and very kids friendly, we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Our host Jodie’s was great, she was alway available to help, highly recommended! We looking forward to see you again!!

A beautiful building with beautiful amenities. I strongly recommend this place to anyone! I forgot I was in Vietnam once I stepped through the lobby, it was so clean, so luxe and every detail taken care of. It felt like a beautiful highrise you'd find in New York. The pools were both as big and as gorgeous as the images. 24/7 security was great, I felt safe all the time and they were all so friendly. The building has an accessible pull in driveway off the street so it's easy to get in and out of a car or get food delivered right to the front steps of the building. The studio had everything I needed but it is a small space with no couch, the bed sits Infront of the TV and the dining table beside that. So it's perfect for solo travelers, a couple and maybe 1 child max. The host was so incredibly lovely and answered every question I had, she even helped at check in by making herself available and helping me take my bags to the room as I recently had surgery. HIGHLY RECOMEND! 10 stars!!

베트남을 좋아해서 베트남 30번넘게방문했고 현재 37일째 체류중입니다. 어지간한 에어비엔비 다 다녀봤지만 후기남기는건 처음입니다. 만족하지 않는 부분이 없었습니다. 메트로폴 3곳 (겔러리아 투디엠, 겔러리아 레지던스, 오페라) 모두 이용해봤는데 전반적으로 치안,청결,접근성 모두 좋습니다. 오페라의 최대장점은 가장 최근에 완공 되었다는것 이고요 최대단점이 저녁에 인접해있는 공터가 현지 젊은 커플들의 핫플레이스로 사용 되고있어 여러 행사로 약간 시끄러울 수 있다는것인데, MANUKA 호스트의 아파트는 공터반대편이어서 너무너무 조용했습니다. 가장중요한건 호스트가 관리를 어느정도로 하느냐 인데요, 근처 숙소들 보시면 1년이내 호스트들이 좀 있는데요 말은 자기것처럼 이야기하지만 대부분이 전전세나 위탁운영이라 관리부분이 좀 소홀하거나 소통도 직원들이랑 해야하고, 기다려야하고 이런 것들에 불편함이 많았습니다. 반면 MANUKA 호스트는 본인이 직접 발로 뛰면서 관리 하더군요. 직접 숙박객을 안내해주고 하는 모습만 봐도 행동 하나하나에 당당함이 느껴집니다. 영어도 정말 잘하시고 소통에 불편함이 전혀 없고요. 다른분들도 처음에 어떻게 체크인 해야하는지가 가장 신경 쓰이실텐데 다른곳 무작정 "도착하면 알려줘" 매크로 답변만 하고 와이파이도 메세지로 물어봐야하는데 여기는 건물진입하는 방법, 와이파이, 방번호, 딱 깔끔하게 사진 2장으로 정리해서 보내주더군요. 매번 비밀번호, 주소 까먹고 하면 에어비앤비키고 메세지 확인하고 이런게 일이었는데 그냥 사진 저장 해놓고 인터넷이 되든 안되든 확인할수있다는게 너무너무 편했습니다. 또 다른곳은 직원에게만 맡겨놓는지 저녁 6시 이후에는 전혀 연락이 닿질않는데 밤 9시가 넘은 시간에도 즉각 응대해주시고요, 비교하려면 끝도없이 비교할수있는데 모든부분을 비교해봐도 이 호스트가 최상위권 입니다. 하나만 봐도 열을알수있다고 이 호스트가 하는 다른숙소도 실패하지 않을겁니다. 괜히 돈써가며 후회하지 마시고 검증된곳으로 가시는걸 추천합니다.

Căn hộ sạch sẽ, mới và tiện nghi, giường ngủ rất êm, không gian rộng rãi. Dưới chung cư có hồ bơi ,siêu thị nên phù hợp cho gia đình ở dài ngày, lại gần ga Metro nên đi lại trung tâm rất tiện. Chủ nhà vui vẻ, thân thiện, nhiệt tình hướng dẫn quán ăn ngon xung quanh cho mình nữa. Chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại khi có dịp vào SG lần sau. Là một nơi nên đến

Van is a great host, communication with her was almost perfect, and helped us a lot during our stay. The accommodation is fully equipped, cozy furnitures , has everything we need, very clean and a great experience and location for my family. I would recommend this place to everyone, and will definitely come back

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

was a great place to live for short period of time. it was having nice view from swimming pool area. Kids have really enjoyed the place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.

Прекрасное жилье, условия, расположение. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, дружелюбная. Помогала в различных вопросах. При заселении прошло все хорошо. Мы путешествовали с котом и она нам не отказала в заселении с животным. За что ей отдельное спасибо! В самом доме был бассейн, спортзал, баня, барбекю. Все было в полном нашем распоряжении. В шаговой доступности супермаркет , море и различные кафе и рестораны. Мы очень благодарны, что нам посчастливилось остаться в этих апартаментах на 6 месяцев. Все было прекрасно! Спасибо!

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

최고의 단체 숙소였습니다! 넓고 깨끗한 공간은 물론, 수영장과 노래방 덕분에 지루할 틈 없이 즐겁게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 시설 관리도 잘 되어 있어 편안하게 쉴 수 있었고, 호스트분도 친절하고 세심하게 신경 써주셔서 더욱 만족스러웠어요. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다!
