This is not a house, it’s a home. It has everything you need for the family to be comfortable right from the moment you arrive with something for everyone. What takes it from great to exceptional are the thoughtful touches …… and there are a lot but it’s most of all the welcome and hospitality of Kay our host who kept in touch to make sure all was well and gave us brilliant tips on where to go suitable for each of our parties needs. This place is a real gem with stunning views ! Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and well equipped! And there was clear and great instructions for everything.

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The kids loved the horses next door, the lake was gorgeous and perfect to drink coffee by and it was so quiet and peaceful! Perfect getaway and Neil was amazing and responsive and even told us where some cool hidden places were! Would definitely recommend!!

This is probably the best airbnb we have stayed in. It has everything you could want and more. Very clean, well supplied and well presented. Very easily walkable from the centre of Avirmore and easy access to the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. Great storage for outdoor equipment and dog friendly, including towels and bowls. We had an amazing time in St Andrews and Janice’s place was perfect for 6 adults on a golf trip. It was spacious, clean and the best location. I would highly recommend it

Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here, and had a great time exploring the area. the space was easy to relax in, and had many options within a close walk. thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. The cottage was well kept and very homely. It was ideal for our family with everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Great walks for the dogs, both at the cottage and nearby (some recommended by the owner). As well as close to a number of child friendly locations and activities for our 7 year old. A large Tesco was nearby as well as some great restaurants. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed watching the garden birds, red squirrel, and local deer. The owner was very helpful, with quick responses, and all relevant information provided in advance. The only point we have to note was the limited water pressure for the shower. The owner did make us aware of this in advance of the visit. Although low pressure, it was also still sufficient, clean, and worked so we could have a shower. Thanks again to Ashley for all her support throughout and her beautiful holiday home.

Amazing cottage that is well equipped with everything you would need. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the additional access to the facilities in the Abbey is such a delight. Everything is close by and for outdoor adventures you cannot have a better base. We loved it!

The caravan offered a perfect base for visiting the area and is situated in the quiet part of the site. It’s a nice site, with amenities. Morven is a lovely host, great friendly communications and responsive. The caravan is very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We would love to return. Thank you Morven.

Nick is a friendly and courteous host. His Airbnb is a nice quiet enclave tucked away in Banff for passers by. The accommodation is very clean and safely located, behind a locked gate off the Main Street. Would happily come back here again if I were to be in Banff.

Wonderful stay with Jackie at Doodles Den. It is cosy as described(!) but full of charm and Jackie and Carol were SO welcoming and helpful, with lovely local strawberries and a great recommendation for Kellies Castle for an egg hunt and playpark for our young daughter. Would happily recommend!

Great stay in great location! Jack is a great host and his place is perfect for anybody visiting Aviemore. Shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property.

We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. I requested some robes for us arriving and the person I spoke to on the phone was lovely and sorted it all for us. It was so peaceful and all secure for our dog and little boy to run around. The hot tub was a great bonus as well! Thank you so much!

Large 3 bedroomed home, separate dining room, 2 bathrooms. Dog friendly and within a short walk to Montrose Golf Club and the beach. Montrose high street and train station s short walk away.

Lovely wee cabin, local wildlife outside the window, everything walkable, good handbook with recommendations and menus of resturaunts and takeaways, smart TV easy to work, overall great experience felt like your own wee corner of pitlochry while still being a stones throw away from shops, pubs and resturaunts.
