Amazing stay, beautiful views, and a great host. The house is fully stocked, making you feel right at home. Close to shopping and restaurants and quiet neighborhood to make you feel far away. Can’t say one thing wrong about this place.

Great host and great find. I would definitely recommend this place and I will plan to stay here again when returning to the area.

My husband and I loved a short getaway to Tom's place. It was exactly as described. My husband will let me know if he approves of a place we stay or disapproves. We stayed in Martha's home for 2 nights and it was a great place. The neighborhood was beautiful, and walkable to restaurants and groceries. It was peaceful and comfortable and we would definitely return for another stay. Martha was also very helpful after we had checked out, notifying us that we'd left something behind. She secured it for us until our daughter, who lives in Charlotte, could pick it up. 5 stars!

We had a great Easter weekend at Andrea’s charming lake house. It’s a beautiful part of the lake & extremely a well kept property. The bedding is comfy, plenty of board games to choose from, kayaks to use, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware. The separate basement apartment is great & close to the lake patio/ deck. The cover porch was my favorite of all. This property is special to her & you can tell by the details in her decor. We are so glad she shared a part of her Dads legacy with us. You will truly feel at home at Terry’s Place 💝

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

This place is so comfortable and peaceful. We loved the screened in porch, spacious bedrooms and living area. Can’t beat the location for sure. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!
