I stayed here whilst visiting family locally. The room and ensuite were immaculately clean very comfortable and nicely furnished. The shower was huge and worked well. There was the added bonus of a microwave minifridge plates bowls and utensils giving the flex to eat out or grab food in. Wifi worked well. All very welcome as I stayed on my own. Amelia was very welcoming and kind when I needed help with a medical issue. The room was superb value compared to local hotels. I also used the train from penmere making falmouth town and truro easy to get to and taxis were cheap easy and friendly. Highly recommend.

Pat & Tony are such friendly and great hosts! They really took care of us, and we had such nice chats, which made us feel very at home. We really liked the studio and the beautiful, peaceful surroundings at the edge of a forest. From this lovely home, we took some nice walks in the area and to Pensilva, which is easily reachable by foot. It's a nice quiet corner of Cornwall; we would definitely come back if we can.

Friendly hostess, easy parking, spacious bedroom/lounge. Beautiful gardens and an outside space to sit. Near shops. Convenient for local beaches and foot ferry to Padstow.

A great place to stay, within an easy walk of Falmouth centre. The accommodation was as shown in the photos, clean, modern and fresh. Julia provided essentials like tea, coffee and milk and some cereal on arrival. So nice to not have to shop for such things before arriving. Julia was very welcoming and showed me the various features. They're also noted in a little handbook but the personal touch was appreciated. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again next time I'm in the area.

If you need somewhere to sleep in this area, this is a good value option. Other than a fridge and kettle, there are no kitchen facilities but this is as advertised (so I brought a microwave for my morning porridge!). There's an off-road parking space, and it's in a quiet location with good local facilities nearby - pub, shop, fish & chip shop etc. The apartment comprises of (1) a main bedroom area (where there's also a fridge, kettle and table/chairs), (2) a narrow room which comes off the main room (without a separating door) with a small futon-type bed and (3) a shower room. I didn't have any problems with my stay - the area is quiet, you have a TV and plenty of plug sockets and the bed was comfy Checking in was easy via a key lock-box. The only minor issue on arrival was that the house itself is a dead-spot for mobile phone signal, and the wifi code is notified via the Airbnb app - so you have a minor panic before taking a walk outside to find a phone signal to check the app.

Sophie and Joe are great hosts. They are kind, friendly and they offer far more than expected. The property is absolutely beautiful. It's also the best equipped airbnb we've stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The location and views are stunning. The heated floor in the bathroom is fantastic! We loved every aspect of this property and, if Sophie and Joe will have us back, we will be back every year.

We had a lovely relaxing week at this peaceful and comfortable home. We particularly loved the sunny front room and the big comfy bed. Melanie is a marvellous host and the welcoming pack was an unexpected treat!

We booked via Air BnB for a one night stay to celebrate my birthday. The location is such a beautiful area, not a neighbour in sight and had such a relaxed and calming atmosphere. Nicole was such an exceptional host, meeting us when we arrived to show us around. The swimming pool was heated and large and the hot tub was amazing with the massage jets. The surrounding views were just pure bliss. The snug annexe itself was incredibly clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly want and need. Nicole even added a travel cot and a high chair as we stayed with our little one. Nothing was ever too much for her. We will definitely be coming back soon, we are all sad to be leaving! So glad we came across this hidden gem. Price was great for what was offered. Would’ve been excellent value for money if we didn’t have a baby and could spend more time in the facilities (due to baby getting tired/hungry etc). Really couldn’t have asked for more. 11/10 recommend!! 😊

Alexis is a great host, she let us know the cottage was ready and that we could check in a little early. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and is immaculately presented. It’s in a great location for exploring Cornwall, fantastic beach on the doorstep and lots of places to eat within walking distance. We took the scenic train (10mins walk to the station) to St. Ives, stopping at The Old Forge in Levant for dinner on the way back which was outstanding, from there we strolled for half an hour back. On our second day we drove round the coast and explored Penzance, had Cornish cream tea and pasties in the pretty Mousehole, a fish and chip supper by the harbour in Newlyn before heading the Minack Theatre on the cliff top in Porthcurno to hear The Fisherman’s Friends sing sea shanty’s overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A fantastic stay with lovely hosts, I left my bracelets behind and Alexis was super quick to post them back to me. Highly recommend a stay here.

Sarah’s place was absolutely perfect for a weekend surfing getaway. The location is perfect as you can walk to Fistral and don’t have to worry about driving to the beach and trying to find a spot as you can store all of your surfing kit in the annex too with a great little surf storage area which was a welcome addition. It’s always hard to find a good air bnb in Newquay to store your surfboards but Sarah’s place has exactly that and makes surfing that little bit easier

Great place to explore Devon and Cornwall. The description of the place is very accurate, and it's even more spacious than it looks in the pictures.

Lovely place to stay. Very comfortable everything you could wish for. Off road parking. Quiet. Patio to sit with a glass or cup of tea. Lovely welcoming pack. 10 min walk to Marazion. Lucy is very welcoming and helpful. Do not hesitate book you wont be disappointed

This is a lovely place to stay as so close to train station so just park the car short walk to station . Great for exploring around Cornwall. The annex is beautiful clean everything you need for your stay and Sally is always on hand should you need anything. I would highly recommend staying here first class .

Lovely annexe to host’s farmhouse, beautiful garden and surroundings. Very handy for local amenities and also gorgeous countryside and close to Portreath and the North coast. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

had an amazing stay at Sarah and Rob's place - the view of the mount is even better than the photos, we were genuinely blown away. the apartment was lovely - cosy and super clean. Sarah and Rob kindly left supplies for breakfast, which we enjoyed looking out over the Mount. Very much appreciated!

Wir haben Cornwell mit dem Bus und mit dem Auto erkundigt.Sophie hat uns bei Auto mieten gerettet. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und für die ersten beiden Tage Regen kann Sophie ja nichts. Sehr gerne wieder.

A last minute change to my original accommodation plans meant that I needed somewhere to stay quickly. This was the perfect find and suited my needs exactly and was also much nicer than where I was going to stay! I know the area well so it was fun to see it from a different angle and in such a lovely setting. The place is very private, set in beautiful rural Lizard with walks to the stunning coastline from the doorstep. The recommendations in the file were very helpful and I visited a couple of new places as a result. Many thanks to Nick & Helen for providing such a lovely hideaway!

The location is truly breathtaking—an ideal setting for a peaceful and restorative getaway. Evenings were particularly magical, with the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore and the gentle aroma of the log burner creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Both nearby pubs, The Lugger Inn and The Russell Inn, were delightful. The Russell Inn stood out in particular, offering excellent food and a well-curated selection of beers. The bar staff and local patrons were incredibly friendly, contributing to a relaxed and genuinely enjoyable experience. 100% recommended!!

We stayed in the little flat and it was absolutely perfect. We had quiet neighbours who we didn’t hear at all. The place was very warm and cosy. All facilities were as described. The town itself is a dream. Lots of little shops. Super friendly locals. Stunning nature close by. Lots to do if you’re inclined to head out. Many lovely little touches from the hosts that make you feel welcome and at home.

A brilliant place to stay, everything was set out perfectly and little details thought of! beautiful views and so peaceful, but still in an ideal location to get to everything you need, would definitely stay again
