Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

This charming FULLY remodeled lower unit with central A/C is a minute walk to the sand, a 15 minute walk to the pier and Grocery/restaurants including the stunning Lido Hotel across the street. Bring your suit & toothbrush and we have the rest. We are committed to keeping you safe and are cleaning and disinfecting per CDC guidelines. Paradise awaits! Enjoy an unbelievable ocean front experience at our family town home. Private access to Laguna Beaches most exclusive beach (Turks Beach tucked between 1000 steps and Tablerock) private stairs connected to the house leading to the sand. 1 over sized master bedroom with en suite bath, king bed/roll away full bed. Downstairs has a phenomenal deck, full bath, Queen sofa, dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. CENTRAL AC/HEAT (Washer and Dryer Room!) Phenomenal location in an older house.

Relax and unwind in this unique getaway. Located right on the beach toward the far end of the Peninsula. Beautiful views during the day, sunsets at night. The boardwalk and ocean are right underneath your window. Occasionally you can see dolphins swimming under your window. Walk to the bay side for paddleboarding, swimming. Close to 2nd street and 2nd & PCH for restaurants. Easy access to the marina, Shoreline Village, aquarium, downtown Long Beach, convention center, cruiseship terminal.

Beach Bungalow

Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
