Guests have two parking spaces, a private first-floor entrance, private full bathroom, outdoor dining area, BBQ and fire pit! Pool available seasonably.

Please note that the road heading up there is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!

The guest space is a 1 -bedroom apartment with its own patio where you can enjoy sunset-views from your patio and even from your very own outdoor, covered hot tub! Curl up and read a book on the rocking chairs, hammocks or make s’mores at the communal firepit. You even have your own charcoal grill to use. Need a place to do office work? Property backs up to Beacon's famous Fishkill Creek and abandoned railway tracks (future rail trail). Take a nature walk on the tracks to Main St, the Roundhouse and the waterfall in ~10 min. Private stairs & balcony leads to 500 square foot second-story space. You get the entire upstairs to yourself. The NYS Thruway does run between the house and the mountain. There is highway noise. TV has a ROKU. The WiFi signal is weak due to the metal siding on the barn.

Explore the Shawangunk Wine Trail, hike Minnewaska, sip cider at Angry Orchard, visit The Walkway Over the Hudson, or sample and shop the areas diverse farm stands and breweries. There is so much to see and do in the Hudson Valley and our cabin is close to it all!
