Lovely apartment, short walk from the city centre. Loads of places to eat, definitely not short on choice. Parking a bonus, central for getting out and about.

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Perfectly placed for our needs. All aspects of the booking were completely seamless. It is a maisonette so we could hear the flat above but was in no way intrusive and we all had a restful night The flat had everything you could wish for and the decoration was perfect. Already considering our next booking highly recommended.

Philip went the extra mile in every way to help with our stay, meeting us on arrival to local restuarant recommendations. The apartment was functional and well located.

A great place to stay for me and my wife. I had an interview the following morning and Marcus was very helpful with IT support solutions. A great little cottage in peaceful place.

As always another great apartment with Steve. We have stayed a few times in one of his other properties and have always had the best of times.Big tv, comfy big bed, great efficient heating if needed and piping hot water. Very individual, well thought out with everything you need, whether staying in or going out. Castle Donnington is a fantastic location, amazing village with so much to do from shopping for quirky gifts, massage, hair cut or eating and drinking. We have explored them all and loved it. We ate this time at Orissa, an incredible Indian, 5 minutes walk away. Donnington race track is a few minutes drive away. We always feel right at home. The on street parking is always easy.

Une étape entre folkestone et stirling qui débute notre voyage pour l’écosse. Un logement de très grande qualité, des propriétaires très compréhensifs et réactifs. Vraiment parfait pour notre première nuit, dans un cadre parfait, des chambres et des literies comparables à un grand hôtel. Une grande chambre qui pourrait accueillir un écrivain de roman policier. Un très grand merci pour Anna et Ian pour leur gentillesse et leur compréhension.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

Great location close the historic heart of the city as well as short walk to the city centre. The location is very well situated in a private community that is safe and quiet and fantastic neighbourhood. As per listing it was cosy with all the convenience and space that we needed for our short stay in Nottingham.

Bom vamos lá, não tem palavras para descrever essa estadia que tive com eles, além da casa ser muito limpa e organizada! Era muito linda e aconchegante! Uma das coisas que gostei muito foi que cheguei um pouco antes do horário e pedi a eles pra deixar a mala na casa, e eles foram super atenciosos e me permitiram deixar as coisas lá até da o horário da entrada! Me senti muito bem e acolhida nessa casa! Sem contar que é do lado do centro e tem um enorme shopping a poucos passos da casa! Recomendo demais ❤️

Absolutely loved our stay in Nottingham. The house is in such a central location, about a 5 minute walk from the arena. Scott is an excellent host and came straight back to me when I had any questions. We will definitely stay again if our plans take us to Nottingham xxx

Elly's house was ideal for us. It's in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac and is a nice size for a family of four to share. The house is really well looked after and Elly was very generous with food and practical items that she'd provided to help enhance our stay. We used the house as a base to travel to Wheelgate Park and Chatsworth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The garden was perfect — a great place to relax. The host was also very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend!

This is a really comfortable apartment , and all the rooms far more spacious than the photos look. The kitchen was modern, immaculate and had everything there, I wish I had made greater use of it during our short break. The place is really quiet, bed huge and comfy with top class shower to follow. Off street parking was a bonus , although it didn't look an issue on the road outside anyway. Everything worked just as described by Martin and Michelle. The decor was nicely done too .

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Lovely garden. Close to centre of Southwell. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. Host left essentials in fridge and eggs too which was highly appreciated.

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

We had a fantastic stay in Jemaine's apartment. The location was perfect for us to explore both the local area and further afield. Situated just off Eccleshall Rd, a fantastic part of Sheffield, there were so many amenities on the door step, whilst the apartment was cosy and quiet. It was lovely clean and spacious.The 2 big bedrooms were ideal and the communal spaces clean and spacious. Parking was very easy and enabled us to walk around the area as much as we wanted to. We could not recommend it more highly and would not hesitate to return and stay here again.

We take a trip to Sheffield every year for snooker and always try to book in to Nicks place. The kitchen area is well equipped, the space is well set out and always clean. The little balcony overlooking a well maintained courtyard is a bonus when the weather is good enough to enjoy it. It has lots of restaurants, bars and shops locally and is a short, less than 15 minute, walk to the main centre. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!
