This is a great camp ground with wonderful nature trails and accessible necessities like kitchen, toilets and shower if you need them. But also a place to rough it if you want to. I was a first time camper learning the ropes with a friend and I felt like it was just a great place to get started. Thanks joe!

The yurt itself is very small and rustic, but with a sturdy bed, warm linens, and a nice view out the window. The walk to the common spaces is short and easy, leading through some beautiful gardens to get to the sauna/bathhouse/kitchen/firepit/parking area. The bathhouse and kitchen were clean, heated, spacious, and comfortable. Kyle had small, electric lanterns stored in the kitchen for our nighttime use, which was a lovely touch. We loved making a fire and counting the stars, and appreciated the friendliness and respectfulness of the other guests in the space. There are lots of great places nearby to eat and drink, and we loved being so close to so many trailheads and the entrance to Minnewaska State Park for hiking. We hope to come back soon!

This place exceeded our expectations from the listing! Kyle & staff were very friendly & helpful when it came to questions we had during the checkin/checkout process. Firewood was stocked on the facility, so we were easily able to set up the fire pit for communal use. We stayed in the south yurt, which had a gas heating stove (not wooded). It kept us really toasty during the cold weather this past weekend (at night it was 30-40 °F). I’m glad we got the yurt with heating. The sauna was also a wonderful touch to the facility for the cold weather. Showers & bathrooms were very clean. We didn’t cook that much during our stay, but the communal kitchen had many appliances & utensils, for those who planned to cook. Would 100% recommend this location for a nice getaway.

What a gem of a place! My husband, our dog, and I camped on Joe’s property over the long weekend and it could not have been more perfect. We chose the campsite up the hill at the pond, and the view was gorgeous. It was secluded and much better than your typical crowded campgrounds, but still close enough to the clean outdoor shower, kitchen and composite toilet to enjoy the amenities he offers. The site had a picnic table and fire pit for an added bonus, and our dog spent hours swimming in the pond. The location was perfect for exploring the larger Ithaca and Finger Lakes region. I cannot say enough great things about this place, do not hesitate to book this stay!

My husband and I were scrambling to find a place to stay for some last minute plans in the area and I am so glad I happened to come across Paula and John's place. If you are thinking of booking. just go ahead and do it. The property is really amazing and full of things to do. The yurt is so cool! Comfy bed and all the needed amenities. The (detached) bathroom even has real plumbing! Paula and John are both extremely friendly and are there on the property to help with whatever you may need. We had a great stay and really enjoyed kayaking on the canal in the mornings. We can't wait to come back!

Such a cool place! My girlfriend & I found this last minute and we were glad to have. So many beautiful acres of rolling hills tucked away about 30 minutes away from downtown Ithaca. We stayed in a tent right near a gently flowing creek. All the amenities listed are all quality and thoughtfully created - recommend this stay if you are trying to camp with much more isolation and tranquility than your typical campground.

The feeling of going into the treehouse, with the presentation from the host, really give me the feeling of one part of the disney world. It is a little pricey but I think it definitely worth the experience. The host is amazing. She tried to accommodate all our request and is just super helpful and nice all the time. Would definitely visit again.

My friends and I loved our stay in this amazing yurt! It was peaceful, and set up with everything we needed. The hosts, who run a lovely farm just across the street, were incredibly kind and welcoming. Waking up to the sounds of nature and seeing the farm animals nearby made the experience even more special. Highly recommend for a relaxing, rural getaway! And don't forget to try their fresh organic eggs and amazing sheep milk yogurt !

Gregory’s place was pretty magical for us. The situation and view are exceptional and the yurt is really well presented. It was cold and the gas heater had been disconnected but the electric heaters saved the day! It was the perfect location, with a car, to get to local trailheads. We would revisit for sure, and it even made me consider a getaway yurt myself. Thanks Gregory 🙏🏻

Beautiful spacious yurt both out in the country and convenient to the village. Very well maintained. Despite the weather being uncooperative, I was able to enjoy a peaceful, restorative weekend. And don't let it being a yurt fool you. It does not in any way feel like roughing it.

We adored this space - natural, calm, and friendly vibe. The yurt was very spacious and bright with many lighting options. On a chilly fall evening we found that the wood stove had been stocked and lit already - much appreciated!

Guy was a great host, was able to accommodate us on a late check in and personally showed us around the AirBnb! The space was cozy, clean and quiet, and the stream running along the property, nestled away from the main road adds to the ambiance. A peaceful place to get away from the busyness of life. Would not hesitate to come back and have more time to check out the farm on the property, run by Guy himself!

Great and spacious place, with many amenities. Offers an amazing view of the stars! Located a fairly quick drive from various towns. Throughly enjoyed our short but sweet stay!

Great weekend getaway for us and our dog. Wonderful spot for fires and walks on the property. The Yurt was very nice and wondering to sleep in during a thunderstorm. Nice low key low maintenance place to get away! Will come again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Yuris! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was proactive with all of their info and very helpful/responsive during our stay. Would love to return at a later date :)

Expect a calm, intimate space for rest and relaxation surrounded by nature. The owners practice a truly holistic lifestyle which very much reflects in the impressive area they’ve built and the overall experience, lending to its authenticity. This airbnb is for people who enjoy nature, hiking, dogs (there are two on the premise) and generally disconnecting. If you’re not looking for this, it may not be the place for you. If you do find it appealing — this place will definitely deliver. The owners were also great and responsive to any requests and recommendations.

Everything was just like the picture, definitely check out down town. We was greatful as well for Jon we ended up having a big fly in and he was quick to come in and help get it out .

The yurt was very nice: clean, well-furnished, and in a great location. Check-in was easy, and the staff were very nice. We had a great time!

This was our third time staying at Mia and John’s awesome yurt so that lets you know that my family really love staying there. It’s a 90minute drive from Hudson county NJ and a great place to relax and unwind. Our kids (shorkie and toddler) enjoyed their stay too! They’re great hosts who gave excellent recommendations on things to do and very communicative. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience.

The bear Kamp yurt was perfect!! The welcome guide started the stay off with clear instructions and then from the minute we got to camp, Lynn was there to welcome us and give us recommendations. The camp itself was great, with so much to do! From peddle-boats to walking trails to a painted rock hunt, we enjoyed the activities during the day and a campfire at night! It was 50 minutes from Saratoga and 45 minutes from Lake George, so we spent an evening in each town. This was a lovely stay with lovely hosts and surroundings!

Great location if you are looking to get away. The yurts were in great condition, well kept and clean. We will be back!

We celebrated my sons 16th birthday here. The teens had a great time exploring the trails, hanging around the camp fire, the swings, playing games in the community yurt and laughing all night in their own yurt. The porta potty was pristine, the beds and rooms were comfortable and clean. Lots of space to explore and congregate. We went in the fall so it got dark early, and it gets DARK so bring more lamps than you think you need. We are already talking about our next visit!

We had an absolutely wonderful day at Seth’s Yurt. Is absolutely wonderful, very peaceful and a great place to relax and unwind. Thank you for creating such a unique place.
