New Smyrna Beach : locations de vacances en bord de mer

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

Another wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Wil is responsive to any questions. Received information prior to check in with the smart lock combination. Having a smart lock is so convenient as we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach or anytime my spouse or I were coming and going at different times. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home!

Absolutely loved the place, very relaxing an so peaceful. Waking up to the sound of the ocean in the backyard was the best!!! Barbra was very respectful an responded with any issues or problems we had (which we didn’t) Home was very clean when we arrived. Giving Barbra an he property 20 outta 10. Definitely worth it an would recommend to others. We will be back!!!!

We really loved our stay! We are a family of five and she was very accommodating to children and a young toddler. There things for the beach available so we didn’t have to worry about packing or traveling with those things. Evenings were quiet and beautiful. My family enjoyed the shared pool space and beautiful patio. It was really a great time and the host was very responsive to all of our needs.

Exactly as expected. We’ve stayed at several of the condos in this complex in the past so we’re familiar with the location. Melanie was great communicating after the booking, prior to the trip and during the stay. Will definitely consider returning in the future.

Glynis was quick to respond when my girls & I unexpectedly ended up with nowhere to stay when we got to NSB. She let us into the unit, and when the AC went out it was easily resolved within 24 hours. We had to work together a little more than perhaps some hostess/guests would normally, but everything went smoothly with no disruption to our vacation. The air guys were amazing to work with and Glynis was extra helpful and lightning fast when responding to anything! Location is right across from the beach and about a 2 minute walk from front door to the crosswalk. We’ve been going to MSB for years and didn’t need help finding fav restaurants but there was a welcome booklet with tons of wonderful suggestions/many of which were on our fav list already. Thanks again!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

Wonderful stay at Erich’s house. Love the proximity to the pool and beach as it allowed us to go back and forth so easily. And the deck was well used. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was clean, the view was amazing! My husband and I came to Daytona for my birthday weekend. We have had a hectic life lately so we came for some quiet, down time. The pool was closed due to hurricane damage and the only disappointment was there was no beach access without walking around the building. The location was super quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. This was an amazing location to be at with amazing beach and pool access. About a mile from the board walk so it is an easy walk that can be taken on the beach. Hosts were very kind and quick to respond if there was any issue!

We absolutely loved staying here!! We spent most of our days outside but were always excited to relax in the room or hang out by the pool at the end of the day. Our host was super friendly & had great communication. I will definitely stay here again next time i’m back in town!

Pure paradise! Beautiful ocean views right from the lovely beach house! Everything we needed was provided even quarters for the pinball machines. Quiet relaxing section of Flagler Beach. Spectacular sunrises and a relaxing beach to enjoy long walks! The remodeled kitchen had upscale appliances and everything we needed! We look forward to returning this beach paradise!

The place was clean and super nice. It was private and beautiful. It had some unique features such as the outdoor shower which we enjoyed. It felt like we were right at home. The host was always responsive with questions or concerns. We will definitely return.

Our second time staying here and it did not disappoint once again. You just can’t beat the location on the beach. The view from every floor of the house is breathtaking. The house is clean and well-equipped. Flagler is a cool low key town as well. Another memorable spring break for our family of 8. Thank you!

The place was exactly what we needed. There was construction on the property, but everything was communicated prior to and even during the stay with updates. It did not affect our enjoyment at all. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.

Great place at walking distance to the beach. Can get anywhere else within a 15 mins radius via car as well. Lawrence was very friendly and the house was very cozy. We would definitely go back

This place was awesome. The view is just breathtaking. It’s a few miles out of town. Very quiet place. Now, there was no one staying upstairs while we were there. That could have made a difference. Kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked in every day. There is a real washer & dryer in the garage. Not the small stackable ones that only hold 5 pieces of cloths. We were only two people, so having one bathroom was ok. Plenty of outdoor sitting that is for this unit only. Tons of kids toys for the beach, three little plastic pools for the kids & I think six chairs for the beach. Now this is all shared if there are people up stairs. This is a well kept property. Very clean. We will be back!
