New Quay : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

We stayed at the Penthouse from the 15th-18th April and had a wonderful stay. The views from the lounge and main bedroom are stunning in both rain and sun. We are familiar with the area and found the apartment to be a perfect base with everything that we needed. The added touch of toiletries and condiments was a lovely bonus as we don't always find these in Air bnb's!. Mary's communication was fantastic and we had no need to make contact during our stay. I have stayed at this apartment multiple times. Richard is proactive, flexible and accommodating. Excellent scenery and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of amenities and well worth the price. Highly recommended!!!

From the start communication was friendly and informative. Apartment was very adequate for our needs and a lovely view over to the beach. Glen beach is lovely too, which is accessible from a short distance from the apartment.

Really great location and great time we had. Simon was very responsive and helpful during the stay. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a stay and me and family will return for stay if we are visiting again.

A lovely home from home, the apartment is furnished well, with everything you could need at hand in the kitchen. Helen and Jonathan were extremely helpful and responsive, wonderful hosts. A very cozy, warm apartment and kept very clean. Ideal location for early morning walk along the beach front or lazy stroll as the sunsets, nice views and plenty of fresh air. Parking for 1 car allocated and right on the door step also handy. If we visit the area again we would look to stay here again.

Lovely property with super cool styling. So deceptive - the understated front aspect gives way to a spacious, light and airy home. Relatively quiet given its Main Street position. Parking behind a bonus and genius idea! Everything you need for a great stay as a group or family. Would recommend and already have!

We had the best stay, the place is gorgeous and the location is stunning ! It looks exactly like the photos and it was spotlessly clean! Ruth was amazing at responding to questions and we loved the little hamper waiting for us on arrival. We would 100% recommend this place. Thank you!

I had a really nice stay at this property. Very spacious and clean, location was excellent for access to the City Centre and Morriston hospital. Would happily stay here again or recommend to anyone visiting Swansea!

Great stay thank you Julie! Host communication was amazing and grounds were beautiful, kitchen was well equipped and lots of lovely walks near by. We especially loved being able to swim in the steam on the property! Would definitely stay again. Worth noting that some of the bedrooms are accessed through other bedrooms, but did not cause us any issues!

Larisa was so communicative and helpful. The place was PRISTINE and we immediately felt comfortable. Everything was decorated so nicely, super comfy and spacious beds and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. She went above and beyond providing a cot, high chair for my kiddo and also a huge bin of toys the kiddos absolutely loved playing with. THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful four-day stay at Mélanie’s house with our four children. The home is fully equipped and very comfortable — everything we needed was there. Mélanie provided clear and helpful instructions that made settling in effortless, and communication with her was always smooth and timely. The house is ideally located, surrounded by stunning scenery and great hiking trails. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature as a family. Me and ten friends had an amazing weekend at Jonathan’s place for my birthday! The house and its surroundings are beautiful and unique. Jonathan provided a video tour of the house and description of how to use the facilities before we arrived which was really helpful! We all said we’d love to come back and stay again some time. Really well located for the beach and the coastal path. The apartment was great and we really appreciated Nia's detailed and swift communication.

This is one of the nicest apartments we've been to. Really lovely, cosy and well designed (Was slightly concerned at first seeing it might be a loft conversion) Great use of space. The patio and swimming pool area is also very nice and well designed. The weather meant that we didn't get the full benefit but on sunny dry days it must a little paradise.

The flat is beautifully located overlooking the prom and the sea with constantly changing views as the tide goes in and out. It is very convenient for the town centre. It is comfortable and well-equipped. Parking requires planning as there are time limits outside and limited availability during he day. We would stay again if visiting Aberystwyth.
