We are repeat visitors at this gorgeous property - and we look forward to staying here as much as we look forward to visiting this great city! It’s absolutely beautiful, perfectly located, and wonderfully maintained. Joshua is such a friendly and responsive host - he checks in without being the least bit intrusive - I know he is available if anything comes up, and in those rare instances where there is an issue, it is taken care of promptly. We absolutely love it!

We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s place. The property was even better than the pictures! We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The location is very central making it easy to get around.

If you are ok with something close to everything, but not in the middle of anything, then rent this place. It is lovely, Deborah was lovely. It was comfortable, it was easy, it was great place to spend the weekend. To be clear we were not there to party and did not want to be in middle of the French quarter. So if you are, then maybe this is not the right place for you. But we were never more than 10-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go, and for us it was perfect.

Came to BSL for a girls’ weekend and this place was perfect! There was plenty of room for 6 of us and the heated pool and outdoor area was amazing! The house is less than 5 minutes from Main Street, so a perfect location! Would definitely stay here again!

Alleshia was great and very responsive to all questions. The house was amazing and was a perfect for our group. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the pool was perfect!! Love the neighborhood was great as always. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

This was our second time staying at one of Thomas' properties, and we had another great stay. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Thomas was very accommodating with check-in time and our last-minute request for a pack n' play -- a fantastic host! We found the neighborhood very friendly, and enjoyed the proximity to the Lafitte Greenway (access is just a block away -- we didn't even realize this when we rented the place!) and local businesses like Flour Moon and the Broadside. Highly recommend!

Pat's home was wonderful. Stylishly decorated, so spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet. We loved being able to spread out in the 5 bedrooms and appreciated that there were three full bathrooms. We also enjoyed being able to use the pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Gary's home was more then beautiful. it truly was a paradise oasis in the city within walking of everything. the food close by that came recommend from the co host Eduardo was phenomenal. we will definitely be coming back to Gary's to visit the city for longer next time. definitely recommend to anyone looking for a true gem hidden in the city. parking was easy as well. everything as described. can't say enough great words. go check it out for yourself.

Ian and Laurie’s Bywater home was the perfect Jazzfest home base for our group of eight adults. Highly walkable to area eateries and sights, quick drive to other areas of the city, and with more than enough space for our crew. We appreciated the in-home laundry and detergent pods provided. Would absolutely stay again or recommend to others!

Karen was an amazing host. She responded to our needs very fast and was a pleasure. The house was very nice and comfortable and in a great place to walk to restaurants and the trolly.

We had 8 people in our family and we had plenty of room for everyone. The home was very clean and spacious and exactly as described. We felt safe with the wrought iron gate on the porch that closed as well as the 24 hr surveillance. We had a wonderful stay here.

We had 10 people for an intimate family reunion and the house was perfect for the occasion and need. We really enjoyed all the gathering spaces, the large dining table and dining outside in the backyard. The location is great if you plan on getting around by streetcars, there were 2 stops literally a few blocks away from the house. Parking is street parking but had no problem finding space in front of the house.

Fabulous stay in New Orleans. Looked exactly like the pictures. Great location - walkable to everything - in an adorable neighborhood.

We absolutely loved staying at Marcelin’s place! We knew there would be continental breakfast options but were blown away at what was actually there. We had plenty of space for our group of 7 and the space was beautiful. It’s about a mile walk to the St Charles Street Car and like 2 minute walk to 2 different bus stops. CVS and Walgreens are within 2 minutes walk as well.

Perfect location for a quiet place to stay, and easy access to the city. Take the ferry into town, it's about a 10 minute walk from the home. Super clean and plenty of room for everyone.

This is our second year in a row staying here for JazzFest. It's an easy walk to the Fairgrounds and multiple great restaurants (including Parkway!), and the Lafitte Greenway is a hidden New Orleans gem. We'll be back!

This is the third winter that we have stayed at Amy's beach house. It is by far our favorite rental property and we have stayed at several rentals over the years. The house is awesome and has everything you need for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The location, 600 feet from the beach, is incredible and the beach is dog friendly which is very important for us. The area is very quiet with very little traffic even during peak hours. There are countless restaurants in the area including Waveland, Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian, Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs etc. All are very drivable. Amy is an excellent and responsive host. Mr. Billy, who provides handyman services for Amy, is wonderful and rapidly dealt with any household issues which were very minor in nature and easily resolved. We certainly very much appreciate Mr. Billy. We are planning on renting the house again for next winter. Thank you Amy for your excellent support throughout our stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exactly As Advertised – and Better First and foremost, GREAT HOST! GREAT HOME! This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had in years. The home matched the photos exactly—no surprises, just what we hoped for. All the amenities were present and worked perfectly, and every room was clean, neat, and thoughtfully arranged. The space was ideal for a couple, but definitely roomy enough to host 2–3 more guests comfortably for a movie or game night. It’s clear the host takes pride in the property. We’ll absolutely look for this place first when we return to New Orleans. It’s rare to walk into an Airbnb and have it feel exactly like what you saw and read online—but this one delivered. Highly recommend!

House was surprisingly spacious inside, well appointed and had everything we needed! Very close to the ferry going into the city which we took advantage of.

This was a perfect stay for our group. A quick walk to the historic trolleys that take you right to the French Quarter. You can pretty much throw a rock in any direction and hit a place with good food. Overall, this spot was good for the group and met all expectations.

Michelle's place was perfect for our stay. Instructions were clear and thorough with how to check in. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. I was able to park right in front. The location wasnt far from Bourbon st and the french quarter maybe a 10 minute drive. The weather wasnt that great when I stayed but Michelle had sent recommendations for rainy days which was very helpful and we used. I would stay here and definetly recommend staying.

Beautiful home that was spacious for my family during our visit. Definitely felt like home. Very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I was concerned about it being a corner house when I first arrived because it’s next to a main road, but absolutely no issues. Everything you need is literally a walk away, or 1 min drive. Overall, perfect location and would highly recommended if visiting the area.

Great overnight stay for a dance competition at the convention center. We basically only slept and showered there but all as clean and comfortable. I did wish check in had been available a little earlier but we worked around it.
