A beautiful home and the views were breathtaking on the lake. Although, it was frozen. All the amenities we needed and more. Close to skiing and tubing. Owner Sara was very attentive to respond quickly. We just wanted a getaway place for a family weekend. The road was narrow and very icy. Would go back but not in the winter. Summer and the Fall I think would be best. Lots more things to do in the nicer weather months. Thank you Sara for your hospitality.

My family and I really enjoyed Elizabeth property very comfortable and quiet, we definitely thinking about coming back soon.

Anne Marie's place was exactly what we were looking for! It is extremely well stocked, with everything you might need, from kitchen appliances, extra blankets, many towels, etc. The surroundings were gorgeous and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Anne Marie was friendly and very responsive, answering questions quickly and flexibly. We can't wait to come back!

We loved our time here. The house was perfect—clean, well appointed, new appliances. We cooked and grilled often. Being right on Lake Buel made for pristine, beautiful mornings and evenings, meals at sunset, long leisurely talks at the lake, it was truly a wonderful time away. The more athletic among us swam and kayaked. The rest of us loved just sitting, reading and talking at the dock. The house is an easy drive to all the Berkshire sites. My only caution is parking. I wouldn’t bring more than two cars preferably sedans or small SUV’s—nothing bigger. Parking is plentiful for that, but no more. The owners were so very responsive, kind, and really helpful. They wanted to make sure we had all we needed. We had some questions at the beginning, and they were easy to reach and solved our problems. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful home.

We wanted a place to gather with our adult children and 2 very young grandchildren. The layout provided sleep and bathroom space for each family that gave privacy. The open concept living-kitchen space helped us feel like we were together and sharing in the cooking and child care. Even in winter the lake view is peaceful and lovely. Cozy, well equipped, and the lake vibe made this a wonderful family get away. So glad we chose the lake house for our Holiday get together.

My adult daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this peaceful cottage! The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and just the right size for the three of us. The house and kitchen had all the essentials and we enjoyed the treats and complimentary food that Gail provided. We relaxed and strolled down to Indian Cove and Barbra Pine Memorial beaches. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend!

Such a cozy space!!! My small family really did enjoy our peaceful stay. I would definitely book again when in the area. I felt such peace and serenity sitting under the stars, in front of the crackling campfire. It was me and the hubby with 2 of our girls ages 10 and 16. They loved the hot tub and s’mores:). Thanks for the stay.

Comfortable and clean with beautiful scenery - on clear days, you get a Mountain view across the lake! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! Such easy access to the beach was so convenient. You’re definitely better off venturing out after high tide to enjoy the most amount of beach and there are a lot of shells that make being barefoot challenging. We did arrive after major storms which could have contributed to that. The house was spotless with everything you need to be comfortable! We did not utilize the outdoor space but definitely would have if the weather was drier! Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed for a long weekend with my wife and two dogs. Cottage was comfortable and clean with an amazing view of the lake with a nice patio and access to the dock which we enjoyed. Also great location just a bit over an hour from the city but within a 15 minute drive to many great hikes and close to many great food options. Tony was also very responsive and helpful with recommendarions. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this cabin! The location was on a dead end street which made it very quiet, serene, and private. The lake was visible from the back porch of the house & a very close walk away. The house comes with access to a semi-private beach/dock area which is the perfect place to spend the day in the summer. The house was decorated beautifully while being extremely comfortable at the same time. Our host, Kamil, was very responsive. If I had a question or concern he was extremely helpful within a short period of time. All around, really enjoyed this stay & would definitely return when in this area again!

Carrie was very attentive and concerned about giving me the best instructions to make me feel at home. I didn't struggle to check-in and get settled. What ever question or concern I had she would answer me quickly and kindly. I recommend this beautiful place that will make you feel welcome and at home. We had an amazing valentines weekend and my dog couldn’t have had more fun ! This private cabin in the neck of the woods can truly be described as a real getaway ! It has a beautiful landscape and is strapped with everything we needed and more. After a full day of hikes in the local area, we found ourselves snowed in and enjoyed some card games. We had an outdoor fire in the stone pit and made some smores. Colleen and Julian were also super accommodating for us due to the weather conditions as well. They are beyond helpful ! Thank you guys ! Will definitely be back !

We booked this trip last minute during our daughter’s spring break. It was a little under 2 hours from NYC and felt like a world away. The hosts were always available and helpful with everything down to local suggestions. Every detail of the cabin is thoughtfully laid out and provided. We slept four comfortably, but mostly spent our time outside. The property alone offers many trails to explore and made us feel entirely off the grid. The porch around the cabin had locks which would be great for young kids or pets. The surrounding towns were cute and restaurants were excellent. Everything including a supermarket seems to be 10 minutes or under, but we mainly liked staying on the property. We can’t wait to come back in warmer months to go tubing!

Beautiful house! We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be very comfortable and cozy! The location was great and felt very secluded but yet still very close to town. Loved all the amenities the house had to offer and the dogs enjoyed playing in the yard. The art and records in the house were a great touch. We would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our long weekend at the lake house. Great views of the lake and the home is well equipped with lots of board games, TVs, a projector, great sound system, dart board, foosball and more. We were in the dead of the winter and can imagine how its even more fun in the summer when you can grab the boats and head out onto the lake.
