Situated directly on the coastline of Passamaquoddy Bay, nestled within 28 acres, the Carriage House offers a unique opportunity for relaxation, solace and stunning sunsets. You will have spectacular views of the Bay and across to St. Andrews and Ministers Island. Walk to our beach to explore the beautiful coastline and experience the dramatic Fundy tides (Up to 21ft between high/low water), or relax on the large deck watching the bald eagles glide by. A birders paradise.

In the comfort of a bright and spacious Victorian home away from home in downtown Moncton. This newly renovated Victorian home is centrally located and offers a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, separate dining room, 1 backyard , 2 patios with roof and an office so you can work from home. WIFI Fibe 1.5 GB. Washer/dryer, parking for 2 cars. Some work out equipment are in the basement. We are able to speak Spanish, French and English :)

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. Large living room has a 60” TV with cable TV., Internet, weights and elliptical machine for working out! Has a kitchenette with sink, mini bar and stools, toaster oven, kettle, hot plate and microwave. Enjoy the swimming pool, and canopied loungers! (Seasonal, June to September. ) Gel pillow top mattress, and gel memory foam pillows guarantee a relaxing rest! (No parties allowed. Quiet at 11pm.)

Ballast Lodge - Cottage

Relax and unwind in our spacious, welcoming accommodations. Immerse yourself in nature by exploring the property, located on Shepody Bay. Refresh your mental health with some exercise, a puzzle, or a good book. Allow yourself to take a break from technology, news and social media. Enjoy the sounds of the birds, the wind blowing through the trees and have a campfire. Please note: our property overlooks the bay, but this is NOT a swimming spot.

Charmante maison située à Evangeline, au coeur de la Péninsule Acadienne. Grande terrasse extérieure avec vue sur la rivière Waugh et garage attenant. À 1 km de la vélo route et des sentiers de VTT/motoneige, 10 minutes de Caraquet et Shippagan et 20 minutes de Tracadie. La chambre principale comprend un lit Queen et la chambre secondaire un lit double (peut accueillir de 3 à 4 personnes).
