Peaceful studio apartment just 100 steps from the pristine New Brighton beach just North of Brunswick Heads and Byron Bay. This studio apartment is compact (7.5m x 2.7m) but well appointed. Fully air-conditioned, modern kitchenette and laundry facilities with a single carport, free WiFi/Netflix and 32" TV. Please note the house out front has renovations being completed. There is the potential for construction noise between the hours 7:30am to 3:30pm weekdays.

Separated by a garage is an independent 1 bedroom Beach Shack located on the lower rear floor.

Sanitised and sparkling clean !!! This one bedroom unit with a comfortable queen size bed, one bathroom and separate sitting/lounge area is a central location and is quiet and private. The outside sitting area under the fragrant frangipani tree and garden is tranquil and relaxing for an afternoon drink. Crisp white linen is provided along with beach towels. The unit is airconditioned with TV, Netflix and free WIFI.

Where you can swim, surf, fish or canoe. There a wonderful cafes and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The studio is furnished in an antique romantic style.
