Nettuno : locations de maisons de vacances près de la plage

Adorei! Nós acabamos perdendo o trem, e chegamos muito tarde na estação de Anzio, e para a nossa surpresa, Sílvia estava nos aguardando do lado de fora, e nos deu uma carona, pois não tinha mais horário de ônibus. Nós chegamos na expectativa de ligar para algum táxi, e não precisamos. A casa é muito boa, bem arejada, bem grande, com todas as coisas básicas necessárias. Fica a poucos metros no mar, e a sacada tem vista para o pôr-do-sol. Recomendo e pretendo voltar!

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub von sechs Tagen genutzt. An einigen Tagen sind wir von hier aus mit dem Mietwagen zur Metro-Station Laurentina gefahren, um Rom zu erkunden. Wir sind von hier aus aber auch in den Süden auf den Monte Circeo zum Wandern. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen kann man wunderbar die Ostia Antica erkunden. Zwei Mal haben wir den Grill genutzt. Jeden Abend sind wir die paar Schritte zum Meer gelaufen. Auch, dass es nur 2-3 Gehminuten zu einem kleinen Laden für das Nötigste und einem Bäcker sind, haben wir sehr geschätzt. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt Fliegengitter und richtige Rollläden, um die Räume zu verdunkeln. Den kleinen Tisch im Essbereich kann man ausziehen. Mit dem Auto durch das Tor hindurch ist es etwas eng, aber wir haben es dennoch jeden Tag gern dort im Innern geparkt. Unsere Gastgeber standen uns immer mit Rat und Tag zur Seite und haben sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. und dem Dachschoss, im Haus gibt es noch 3 weitere Wohnungen. Im November war aber kein anderer da, auch in der Nachbarschaft nicht, alles sehr ruhig. Der Weg zum Meer ist kurz, zu dieser Jahreszeit ist der Strand aber sehr ungepflegt. Man kann da endlos laufen... Der Supermarkt mit allen notwendigen Dingen ist fußläufig erreichbar, Bars und Restaurants gibt es reichlich. Der Weg nach Rom ist mit der Bahn sehr einfach und schnell, die Bahn auch immer pünktlich. Erst mit dem Auto bis Campo di Carne, dort Umstieg in die Bahn nach Rom. Die Mischung zwischen ruhigem Urlaub am Meer und Städtetour nach Rom klappt hier richtig gut. Empfehlen wir so gerne weiter.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Very nice house. It was easy to get to Rome and to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. We got a nice welcome to the house with a little tour and everything we needed to know. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Siamo stati benissimo, casa perfetta e pulita, e Valerio sempre gentile e disponibile. A presto!

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

Es ist ein wunderhübsches Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es sieht wirklich aus, wie auf den Bildern. Durch die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten konnte man jedes mal wo anders sitzen. Die Betten sind traumhaft und sorgen für sehr gute Erholung. Der Strand ist sehr nahe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Siamo rimasti entusiasti della struttura deliziosa, pulita e accogliente. La consiglio vivamente a tutti i tipi di famiglia per soggiornare in tranquillità e serenità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!

Siamo stati in 11 amici in questa villa per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e ben tenuta, perfetta per gruppi numerosi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. La posizione è comoda, a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Anzio, quindi facile da raggiungere ma abbastanza tranquilla per rilassarsi. Un’ottima esperienza, consigliatissima!

Vi bodde en uke i Francescos komfortable leilighet. Gangavstand til alt! Du går til/fra togstasjonen, to bystrender, finner dusinvis av restauranter og barer, matbutikker og andre små, artige butikker. Leiligheten var svært velholdt og har alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold i Anzio. Anbefales! Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert! Anzio er også en sjarmerende og avslappende by å være i, bare en times togtur unna Roma.

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Je recommande fortement cette location nous y avons passé un séjour formidable

Io e i miei due figli siamo stati in vacanza nel villino di Antonio e Rosita per 18 giorni. Il villino e' dotato di ogni comfort le camere grandi e spaziose con ventilatori, pulito e davvero ben arredato. La cucina super attrezzata per cucinare e c'e' tutto quello che serve. Lavatrice nuovissima e ben funzionante e soggiorno spazioso con una bella televisione. Esternamente patio con tavolo per fare colazione o pranzo e anche un bel giardino dietro con un grande tavolo e luci esterne che ci siamo goduti grazie anche ad un bel barbecue in mattoni fisso. Il giardino ha anche una bellissima doccia solare esterna che e' tornata estremamente utile. Ogni anno io e i miei figli veniamo ad Anzio e affittiamo ma devo dire che questa casa e' stata tra le piu' belle e comode che abbiamo mai avuto qui. Grazie Antonio e Rosita per la vostra gentilezza come host e grazie per averci ospitati. Spero di poter tornare molto presto con i miei figli nel vostro delizioso villino.

Wir waren absolut zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Nettuno. Allerdings muss man sagen, dass die Unterkunft leider nicht makellos sauber war. Außerdem wurde bei Check-In eine Zahlung i.H.v. 250€ als Kaution verlangt, diese war nur im Kleingedruckten auf Airbnb zu entnehmen und stand nicht in den zusätzlichen Kosten. Zudem war eine Kurtaxe fällig. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution bei verabredetem Check-Out hat allerdings problemlos funktioniert - auch wenn uns das erst einmal stutzig gemacht hat. Ansnonsten können wir die Unterkunft mit ihrem ganz eigenen Charme sehr empfehlen :)

Casa meravigliosa, superiore a qualsiasi aspettativa. Grande, pulitissima, fornita di tutto e non si ha l'impressione di una casa per le vacanze, ma di un luogo amato e curato. Una menzione speciale al bagno, che oltre ad essere molto spazioso ha una doccia spettacolare! Giardino e patio coperto sono altrettanto curati e molto godibili, si pranza all'aperto in mezzo al verde e in totale tranquillità. Noi non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Claudia, ma i suoi formidabili genitori ci hanno accolto non solo con la cortesia che è lecito attendersi, ma con calore sincero (grazie ancora Rita per il tuo squisito ciambellone e ad Aldo per la piantina). Sono stati disponibili per qualsiasi cosa e, contemporaneamente, sono persone di una discrezione assoluta e rispetto per la riservatezza degli ospiti. Ci è capitato raramente di trovarci così bene! Consigliamo davvero un soggiorno da loro.

Nagyon kedves, barátságos volt Martina, mindig azonnal válaszolt, készséges volt, segített, amiben csak tudott. A szállás szép, tiszta, nagyon közel van a tengerparthoz.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Francescos Haus! Haus und Garten sind sehr großzügig. Francesco war immer ansprechbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Lido di garda ist ein netter kleiner Strand, der auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
