I was very satisfied with my stay at Enid's condo. Any time I had to contact Enid she was always available and pleasant to converse with. I would definitly recommend her condo to anyone who wants an excellant place to stay.

Our stay at Frans exceeded our expectations. The home was cozy for our family of five and had an awesome beach theme (the pullout couch wasn't super comfortable it worked). The community was full of fun activities that could keep your family busy for weeks. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you might need. Also Fran had all the beach gear including a umbrella and beach chairs and toys as well. Fran was super friendly and accommodating. She was able to suggest a neighbor who rented a personal golf cart which was brand new and litterally saved us hundreds of dollars. The neighborhood is quite large and the ocean is across the road (not a long walk) and I would suggest a golf cart to get the best out of the experience. Unfortunately our kids came down with a nasty cold at the beginning of the trip but Fran allowed us to extend our stay another night to allow us to recover a bit for the long trip home. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again when we return. The stay at Darryl’s condo was perfect. The beds were soft and comfortable and the screen porch was sunny and bright in the morning. The heated pool was the icing on the cake.

Perfect place to stay while vacationing in Nettles Island. Very clean and quaint little home. Bed is very comfortable. Full kitchen and supplies were on hand as well. Beach bag, towels and best of all the golf cart! Golf cart is a must and we appreciated having it to get around the island. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! We certainly will be back. I give 5 stars out of 5 stars : )

The unit was very clean and had lots of windows for daylight. Everyone one we met on the island was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of things to do for entertainment. Loved having access to the ocean.

Carmen's place was better than what the pictures showed. Very clean, very comfortable bed and furniture. Great directions, easy to check in, and our host responded very quickly to any questions we had. The beach was a very short walk and wasn't crowded any of the times we went. We used the different amenities; played tennis, basketball, ping-pong, and golf. The main pool was opened at the end of our stay and is very nice with live music during the happy hour at the poolside tiki bar. Great place for our family to enjoy with something for everyone in the resort. A great host and we would stay here again!

We had a great time at Veronica’s place. It had everything we needed including beach items and lots of extra towels for sandy days.

My family and I had a great time at this property. It comfortably houses four people and provides lots of privacy. The gated community is beautiful and well kept and the location is central to many attractions and shopping areas.

We absolutey enjoyed our stay in may 2023. The house is a gem, so colorful and perfect to stay with children. You have everything you need and the kitchen is very well equiped. The communication with Trish was great and we'd come back anytime.

I booked the “Blue Mind” for a four week holiday in the Palm City / Stuart area. Fantastic property right on the water and directly across the channel from Stuart. Three kayaks are available to guests, all in excellent condition. The cottage itself is set back from the water behind the main house, but access to the water is easy. There’s parking for two cars, and the cottage is quiet and comfortable. Located on a cul-de-sac off of a cul-de-sac off of a cul-de-sac (no kidding!) in a quiet upscale residential area, it’s ideal for enjoying a walk around the neighborhood in the cool of the evening. On top of all that, owners Chad and Liz are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very nice well equipped house. Outdoor kitchen and pool are very nice and upscale. Kitchen is stocked with anything you would need to whip up meals. Actually the whole house is well stocked with towels, soaps, laundry soaps and TP. The hosts were very quick to respond to our inquiries. Would definitely stay there again when back down that way.

The home was clean, confortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

This was the perfect staycation for our family from out of town that joined us. The house smelled slightly of cigarettes when we came in the front door. Even with the most sensitive noses, we hardly noticed it after a few minutes. The kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked! Tons of towels too. It’s a nice, open floor plan. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and we were all comfortable. The garage is turned into a game room and has all the fun stuff. Now let’s get to the backyard. WOW! The landscaping is breathtaking and we sat outside for hours and just stared at the water. We even saw a baby alligator near our dock! The house is equipped with a dock and lift. However, I wish that part would have been more informative. While the channel is extremely deep, even in high tide, we could not get the boat onto the lift. It’s extremely shallow. If you’re planning on bringing a boat, I would go over the specifics. We couldn’t fit it and we only draw 1 ft. Besides that, zero complaints!

My teenage daughter and I stayed here as a little escape and bonding experience. The interior was very comfortable and perfect for a cozy stay. Front and back porch views amongst the trees were so relaxing. There were so many creative touches and art pieces! And outside exotic plants, flowers, and seating areas. It's as if you're in another world!

Wonderful stay!! Beautiful and convenient location!! We will most certainly be back!

Great place to stay i highly recommend

Susan is such a friendly host. The place is just as described, and the location is great. Safe neighborhood, only a nine minute bike ride to the historic downtown area. The instructions to get inside were clear and easy. Even though the pool is a shared space, we rarely saw Susan, as she gave us our privacy. I liked how the bathroom had a side door to the private patio area with the propane fire pit. The bedroom is huge and the bed is super comfortable. There is also a shower which was convenient to use after returning from the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention the chocolate croissants that were left for us upon our arrival. Delicious, and such a nice touch.

Lisa's home helped to make our trip a great Florida stay. It is well kept and fully stocked . My family and I enjoyed the personality in the home decor and how cozy the home was. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions and provided clear instructions/requests for the stay. A quick 10 minutes to grocery stores/restaurants and 15 minutes to Hutchinson Island beaches.

I’ve stayed at other condos in this development .. this by far was my favorite, for the view and its much more peaceful in the pelican building

Perfect for a single person or a couple! It was very clean and had all the essentials! Bed was also very comfortable. The guest house had a beautiful aesthetic both inside and out. Thank you so much!!!

The place was absolutely fabulous. Exactly how it was represented and expertly. Very clean and comfortable. Great balcony. 2 separate doors was great. The pool is very close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. Kevin was awesome!
