Tutto perfetto! Appartamento pulito e spazioso, in pieno centro perfetto per muoversi a piedi. Un po’ scomode le scale per salire (secondo piano senza ascensore) ma per qualche giorno si possono fare. Francesco è stato sempre molto reattivo, disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze (ci serviva un lettino per la nostra bimba). Consigliatissimo!

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

Siamo stati ospiti di Wim per un’occasione speciale e la nostra permanenza è stata ben oltre le aspettative! La villa offre una vista spettacolare sia sui monti che sul lago, offre una bellissima piscina con sdraio a disposizione, una vasta parte verde in cui rilassarsi e molti posti letto per passare del tempo in compagnia! Consigliamo a tutti questi soggiorno! Wim è un host attento e premuroso, super reattivo e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Lo ringraziamo perché ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo!

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für einen Städte-Tripp. Mit der Straßenbahn oder Bus ist man sehr schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten aber auch direkt in Trastevere wo es alles gibt was man braucht incl super Restaurant und einen erstklassigen Bäcker mit einem super Espresso gegenüber. Die Wohnung war ruhig im Hinterhof und hatte alles was man braucht, einzig die Seife war nicht aufgefüllt.

Sono stata due giorni a Montepulciano con il mio ragazzo, come regalo per il suo compleanno. Consiglio assolutamente sia per la disponibilità di Nicole (per qualsiasi problema, risponde ai messaggi subito) sia per la comodità della casa: vicinissima all’inizio della zona ZTL dove bisogna lasciare la macchina ma anche assolutamente in centro: c’erano ristoranti e negozi a 2 minuti a piedi
