We had a wonderful stay over New Year! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The spaces were ideal for celebrating with loved ones, and the lush greenery added a special touch. Satheeshkumar was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property. We’re already planning to return!

Who ever wants to stay in close to nature and surrounded by dense coconut trees and clean air and ideal place to spend with family. The house owner incredibly hospitable, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy ambiance and host has arranged home food was excellent .I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Definitely planning to return!

Our stay at Kudisai Marayoor was truly exceptional. Despite our extremely last-minute booking, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us, making everything seamless and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. A special shout-out to Sony, the housekeeper, who was absolutely fantastic! He was always there to assist with anything we needed, from practical matters to local tips, all while being incredibly kind and welcoming. His warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself is simply beautiful—nestled in a peaceful and private setting, it offers the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. The tranquility of the surroundings, combined with the thoughtful design of the space, made it a place we genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with outstanding hospitality, Kudisai Marayoor is the place to be. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

This is a one of a kind Airbnb, would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay amidst nature to consider this place with a touch of luxury. It’s very close to nature by default of it being an eco resort! Ambily and the rest of the staff there were amazing, will return!

Joby's place is a great place to stay if you're opting for some peaceful private vacation. The house has all the basic amenities. One thing to keep in mind is to plan your food requirements. Recommended to pack your groceries if you can cook as they have kitchen with gas stove and utensils or you can purchase in the nearby shop ( Timings are important ). Hotels are not very accessible but Joby/host will arrange if you're not in a position to cook. Other than that the place Mankulam is so rich that is filled with nature and beautiful people. Do visit once.

Great place with good facilities! Clean bathroom. Ajith was very friendly and responded immediately to all queries. Would definitely recommend to others.

kitchen utensils were not provided. also, for us being 9 people, it's just a 2,bhk with big hall and additional beds. with only one fan in the corner. would have been great if there are two three fans in hall and kitchen equipments.
