This place is amazing. The home its self is so cozy, and the master bed was so comfortable. The location is breathtaking. The water was very low and we were given a heads up before. But we didn’t let it stop us. Fishing was great. We enjoy a family of bald eagles each day and even got greeted every morning by the friendly neighborhood dogs. This place is just what we needed. Already looking to book for 3 more times next year!!! The pool was soo clear even though it was to cold to swim.

Denise was an AMAZING host. She was so responsive to all of our questions. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this was by far our favorite. She treated us like family right from the beginning (fresh baked cookies upon arrival, thoughtful snacks, games to keep us entertained). The house smelled so good and was decorated with such care. It felt like we were in someone’s home that really cared about us and our experience. It was easy to get to Front Street and Northwestern. The Perrault House is a destination in and of itself in Natchitoches. We enjoyed the wraparound screened in porch, basketball hoop, and the pool. Denise has bird feeders set up and a bird bath to attract all the beautiful feathered friends to watch while you sit with the morning coffee. There was reliable wifi, lovely linens, dishes, and artwork. If we find ourselves back in Natchitoches, we will certainly stay at The Perrault House.

Jennica’s home was not only beautiful but well thought out and accommodating. She had really thought of everything. From having extra pool towels, to multiple first aid kits, a blow up mattress as well as multiple games located upstairs. We really enjoyed the speaker outside to listen to our music while we played with our kids in the pool. The beds were cozy and comfortable with soft, clean linens. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hated we had to leave early due to a family emergency. Would definitely return if we are back in town.

The home is exquisite and the landscaping is serene with lush gardens and beautiful colors. The pool area is breathtaking and the overall stay was amazing. Bird watching from the back patio will fill your mornings while you enjoy your coffee. Highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay and Willis was a great host answered all my questions and concerns along the way. I would stay with him again.

We all thoroughly enjoyed staying at Pattie’s place for our spring break. Three adults, three kids, and two dogs fit just fine. Beautiful outdoor spaces, clean, updated kitchens and bathrooms, and new appliances made our stay very comfortable. We would stay here again.

5 of us stayed here for a fishing trip. We had 3 trucks and 2 boats/trailers. There was plenty of room to park right out front, a private launch on site, and we tied off to the dock at night with outlets to charge batteries. It's not as secluded as I assumed from the pictures, but the host living nextdoor and neighbors were all very nice. The fire pit has a swivel grate for cooking. Worked out great for the delicious pork chops we got from Cajun Best Stop (highly recommend).

We have stayed at this Air B&B several times and always have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Kristi has always been very responsive and quick to fulfill and request we have had. It is a perfect place for a family gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance you would want. The beds are comfortable. It’s always clean. You can’t find a more beautiful lake sunset on Toledo Bend. We enjoyed sitting out on the massive deck and playing dominos and Uno. I highly recommend staying with Kristi. We will definitely be back.

The house is clean, well furnished and stocked and in the perfect location for fishing out of Cypress Bend or the new ramp on the Texas side of the bridge. It rained during our stay and having the carport big enough for two boats was perfect. They even have electric outlets in the carport for battery maintenance on the boats. It is a very nice and perfectly thought out place for fisherman (or anyone else) to stay.

We were very pleased with this home. We felt very comfortable and was blessed with the snacks and coffee. Highly recommend this home!

The house was well stocked , the kitchen as wonderful !! Everything was great, we spent a lot of time outside!! We will definitely stay again!!!!

We loved staying here! Quiet, peaceful country neighborhood where you can take the dog on long walks, but you can still see the hwy in the distance from the front porch. The washing machine is an older model, but it does a great job with everything. With our entire extended stay we had no problem getting a response when we reached out with any concerns .. very peaceful and secluded with trees on all sides making it perfect for staying, and working local. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great place to stay on the south end of the lake. Nice and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The home was even better than expected. The home is beautiful, with high end fixtures. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous (and huge) with separate claw tub and stone walk in shower, and double sinks. The home has a small game room with a foosball table and games. The bathroom is super stocked with towels, and toiletries in case you forgot something. Millicint was so understanding and responsive. This was such a great stay, I have already shared the listing with others looking for a property in the area.

She was very friendly and responded quick to questions. I would definitely recommend this house and hope is it available next year for the Wounded War Heroes Bass Tournament.
