Hannah's place was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a good location that is easy to get to. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy driving distance. I-95 is is very close for driving into downtown. The house is in great condition. We were very appreciative of how clean and private the pool area is. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great home! The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, very close to some great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place. It might as well be on the beach how close it is. The perfect place to stay if you plan on staying close to the beach and the host were great

Kids loved the pool. Had an awesome stay. James was very responsive. Will definitely be our go to in Jacksonville.

The space was open, inviting and the view from the dock of the river was amazing! We used the boat and kayaks, fished from the dock, got to rest in the chairs next to the pool and swim. David was friendly and super responsive to all of our needs and questions. Definitely recommend for vacation or stay-cation!!!

We loved the location of this home as it is 3 blocks away from the beautiful Jax beach and is also near many fab restaurants! The game tables in the garage are super fun as well as the mini golf out by the pool - entertained our kiddos for quite some time!

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

I came to Jacksonville for work and my family came along for the week. We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I need to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was amazing. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Every thin was very good. We felt at home. Only thing we were upset (for no fault of Owner) was that the neighbors dog was on the property a lot and was not on leash. We are not a dog family and was bit scary to see the dog at 10.30 also on the owners property with no sign of the owner of the dog.

I would rate this higher than five stars. The location was perfect for us to join the GORUCK HQ Ruck club for workouts and social gatherings. It was very easy to reach the beach. The beach chairs were a bonus for us to use as well. Everything about the home was excellent. We enjoyed soaking up the rays in the backyard, followed by a meal in the back under the giant shade tree. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals at home. We look forward to a return visit to Jax Beach and making this our rental again.

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island staying at Guest Cottage. The quick walk to the beach was even better and more convenient than expected. The property was beautiful and relaxing, we loved sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. Just a quick drive to everything the island had to offer.

We were amazed at the cleanliness, and all the special details in decorating, to represent the Honeycomb Hideout. Greatly done and very appreciated. They truly didn’t miss anything on providing the comforts of home. From the leather recliners, with extra throw blankets, fully stocked kitchen, with ice maker and an awesome coffee pot, with coffee. The variety of bed pillows to choose from, along with extra soaps, nice soft towels and washcloths, truly shows thought was put into making their guest comfortable. I thank you for all the care and attention to detail that you put into your place. We enjoyed spending our special anniversary at the Honeycomb Hideout. ❤️ ❤️ Nancy & Jim

This was such a clean and happy house! The backyard was absolutely perfect to entertain my two small children and the adults. Marina was VERY accommodating and responsive to all our needs. One thing to mention - this house backs up to 295 so it can be quite noisy at night. But, a positive to being right by 295 is that it is easy to get to everything, especially the town center!

Gorgeous first-floor of a house just steps from American Beach! Very modern and updated. Beautiful kitchen and communal space. Great for a group!

Host was able to meet my groups unique needs, included some last minute changes!

Had an amazing stay. The house is a total vibe. I felt like I was in Costa Rica - the hot tub is amazing surround by fresh Jasmine. I would highly recommend :) also dog friendly and the hosts went above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back for my staycation.

This place was all we could've hoped for and everything was great! check in, communication, all of it. we will definitely be booking again if we make it back down to Florida!

A complete, comfortable house, close to the market, pharmacy and convenience stores. I will definitely want to stay in the same house when I return to Jacksonville.
