GREAT experience!! This is such a cute place and was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Dan was so communicative and flexible. We highly recommend staying here!!

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

my friends and i had a really great stay for my birthday trip. really great location and really cute house. i wish i had know that the one murphy bed was a bit small for two people, one of my friends slept on the couch, but the couch was quite big so that was nice. one of my friends also got ants in her bag in the upstairs room, the host was really kind and offered to reimburse for ant spray, and it wasn’t a big issue after that. really large space and master bathroom was amazing!

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

Kenneth’s place was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and looked just like the pictures. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! We were able to walk easily to the nearby beach and it is only a few minutes from all of our favorite restaurants. If you’re looking for a few quiet and peaceful days away from everything, this is the perfect spot.

Absolutely pristine, it offered a perfect blend of comfort and beauty. It is clear that the property is meticulously maintained, spotless, elegant, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and every amenity was provided. The best part is the area! WOW. We walked into Mystic at least twice a day and had lovely morning strolls along the water. The back deck is perfect for coffee and pm cocktails. I highly recommend it. We'll be back.

We loved staying at this Airbnb. It was very clean and very spacious. It has two large living rooms one with a nice big television. All of the bedrooms upstairs were spotless and had plenty of extra linens and pillows. The bathrooms were spectacular with beautiful tile. The location was perfect. Only a few minutes away from downtown Mystic we were able to go to a few of our favorite dining spots. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

This was a great find, my father and I enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed and more. Lovely neighborhood close to the water and the hosts were so helpful, I can tell they are attentive to their home and improving their listing. Although — it’s already great as it is. Very cozy spot, we loved it!

This was the perfect place for us to stay on our first trip to Newport. Great location and walkable to many places. Hosts were very proactive, giving clear instructions for check in and check out.

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

We loved our stay at Michael's and Kara's beautiful house. It was so comfortable, clean and had everything we could possible want. We wished we could have stayed longer. Michael and Kara are so friendly and welcoming. They have this sunroom that is so very comfy. We will be back.

We stayed during fall and were able to take advantage of the fire pit. There was plenty of kindling to gather nearby and the fire under the stars was very peaceful. It was starting to get chilly during our stay and the log space heater was a very nice touch. Guest book includes a number of helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. A lot of small extra touches made our stay very comfortable. We would recommend for anyone wanting a more rural feel away from the other tourists while exploring mystic.
