Vale mucho la pena el hospedaje! Tiene todo lo que anuncia y el parqueo queda cerca del apartamento por lo que no hay que caminar mucho con las maletas. Las lapas llegaron en las mañanas a comer en un árbol anexo a la propiedad y desde la habitación se veían a simple vista. Hay panadería y super en la misma calle, y está a unas cuadras del centro de Jacó.

Jose is reliable and communicative. I have not met any disappointment booking with him for like a thousand times.

Fantastic spot for a longer stay in Jaco! The location was perfect—just off the main strip, so it was peaceful yet still close to everything. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to settle in. Walker was incredibly responsive and proactive, always ready to help and share great recommendations.

The place was very nice and spacious, just like the pictures! The hosts were super responsive and kind, really great people. The view was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was so close to the beach, restaurants, and tour spots.

El apartamento estaba impecable! Super bonito, y los cuartos super limpios! Sin ninguna queja, definitivamente volvería. Nuestro host Melissa siempre estaba atenta y el acceso fue super rápido.

The security guards were very helpful. All the necessities were provided including coffee (which was very good). Double electric tabletop burners, pots & pans, sugar, salt, cooking oil, dish soap, etc. It was really a nice place and very inexpensive.

April’s home was absolutely perfect for what me and my partner needed. We wanted a serene spa like experience without having to go to a lot of places. We had everything we needed on our 4 day stay. There were great fresh markets on the way so we stopped for food and never had to leave out once we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. April and Tony’s welcome was warm and friendly as well as their dogs Maisa and Graco. We live on the Caribbean side and wanted to spend time in the serene mountains for a cooler and relaxing experience. This will be our get away place when we need to take a break.

Definitivamente volveremos a reservar este departamento . Tiene todo lo necesario y la ubicación es Exelente. Es un Recidencial privado muy seguro y tranquilo.

Really enjoyed our stay at the palms. Great little community, very safe and clean. Had some epic surfs. The surrounding towns offer a lot to do. Planning on coming back for another visit!

I had family of 8 stay at this unit and we had a blast! Check in was easy and the security gate/staff made us feel safe. The unit was beautifully furnished and all the amenities we needed were there including the pool toys for the kids. Host was super responsive to everything that came up and quickly took care of everything. Thank you for a great stay!

El lugar estaba impecable, muy cómodo y agradable. La comunicación fue muy clara x parte de Joseph e Isabel, indicaciones de llegada y acceso. Los jardines y la zona es muy bonito. En mi caso cercano al sitio de actividad que me dirigía. Lo único no tan agradable son los 500 metros finales que la carretera está en mal estado. A pesar de esto, fuimos en un carro bajo, eléctrico y no tuvimos inconvenientes mayores para llegar. Volvería a reservarlo sin duda alguna.

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

The accommodations were perfect for our 2 families. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals- we found a local fish vendor and loved making a casada dinner! The location was perfect- we had access to everything. We had parking for our golf cart and car. Carlos was very responsive when we contacted him about needing more toilet paper. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The building is new so it hasn't been occupied very long so everything in the unit is new as well. You won't find an airbnb that is stocked better than this one - anything you can need and more is in the unit. A nice addition is the fact that Netflix and Youtube is provided on the TV's without having to enter your own account numbers. Furthermore, I often stay in airbnb's and I often struggle with how various things operate but every accessory and electronic device has owners manuals nearby to help with the learning curve - very nice touch! The building is right on the beach so obviously the view is great and the two pools are fantastic. The security people are friendly and helpful and it is a very secure property. You must also check out the view of the area from the rooftop patio. Barry was extremely efficient with suggestions and help with the unit.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. It was very clean and well furnished. The pool outside felt great ! The area is very secure and has tight security so it gives you a peace of mind. The kitchen while not often used had everything one can ask for. The Airbnb is located close to bars and restaurants. The AC works really good here and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for the stay !
