Self contained guest suite in Havelock North.

One bedroom, self contained guest suite in Havelock North, 3 minute drive from the village. The guest house is underneath our home with its own entrance and patio and locked off from the main house. You will have use of your own full kitchen and bathroom. We live (and sometimes work) upstairs, so there is some foot noise but we try to keep this to a minimum when we have guests. Great morning sun and private patio. Please see photos of the stairs to access. We also have a cat that roams outside.

The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. Our home is situated in a quiet area of Taradale, Napier, and a 10-minute easy walk to the village & in close proximity to Church Road and The Mission wineries. Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel Reserve is on our doorstep with several walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

Retreat- pool/hot tub/bikes/ close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.
