Enjoy a private deck, comfy beds (either a king or 2 singles) , 2 lounge chairs, a compact well-equipped kitchen- hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven), tables for dining inside and outside, watch a good sized TV, freshen up in our modern bathroom. Off street parking & bike lockup. Free WIFI, no cleaning fee. No children under 10.

'Cottage on Thompson' - Bluff Hill

'Cottage on Thompson' is a charming 2-bedroom cottage with a Jack and Jill bathroom, located only minutes from Napier CBD on picturesque Bluff Hill. The master bedroom contains a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The Cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities also. Guests have full use of the Cottage, which is located on the same section as our family home and surrounded by well-established gardens. Secure off-street parking is also available.

Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. The Shed@Longview

The 'shed' is situated on our lifestyle block not far from Napier. It is was originally a farm implement shed, but has been repurposed as an extra accomodation space. It is very private being set away from the main house with a lovely rural outlook. The large open plan studio space consists of a lounge, kitchenette and dining area, with a seperate bedroom and bathroom space. We enjoy meeting new people so would love to welcome you to 'the shed'.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
