Lisa was the best host I've ever had. The house was amazing. Definitely #1 against every other AIR BNB I've ever stayed at before. This house was comfortable, up to date (if not ahead of its time). Kate’s place was exactly what I expected. Pristine condition and spotless. Kate accommodated my early arrival which was greatly appreciated. I would 100% book this place again. Stayed here the night before my wedding with my siblings who stayed the night of the wedding. We hosted our getting ready portion here for the morning of the wedding and Olinka and Daniel were gracious enough to allow us to stay in their beautiful home. We fully enjoyed our stay! The home is exactly as described — clean, spacious, and in an amazing location close to great restaurants. It was so nice having a full house with an amazing pool to relax in. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly. A perfect and affordable option — we would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future!

We recently moved backed to the Chicagoland area from Texas. We needed a place to stay while our Chicago home was being renovated. Lily’s place was perfect. It had everything we needed for the duration of our extended stay. It was well appointed. Exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities necessary for our family to live comfortably and it was close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Chicago. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the backyard — it’s beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the bonfire area in the evenings, which made for such a cozy vibe. The theatre room was also a fantastic bonus — perfect for movie nights with great sound and seating. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and fun getaway!

This condo is well appointed and stocked with coffee, creamer and seasonings. The building has a nice common area with fancy coffees and a decent work out room. We love the location near downtown Evanston and the public transportation to Chicago. We’ve stayed here many times and plan to stay here for all our Chicago visits.

We really enjoyed our visit to Chicago. The apartment was very close to everything. we did a lot of walking and the bus lines were very convenient. Don't let the Google reviews cause you not to stay here. You get used to the train noise within hours and you kind of miss it when you leave. There were no homeless people hanging around downstairs. As a matter of fact, I only seen a few the entire time I was there. It is a very nice place to stay and I would definitely recommend it for your next visit.

Our stay in Evanston was great! The apartment is close to all of downtown Evanston, the Metra, and the L. Also easy access to NU. Everything was just as it says and the free underground parking is a HUGE plus!

I am incredibly particular with places I stay. This place was simple, very clean, had everything you would need to be comfortable. Bed was great! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

I stayed here while traveling for work. It was comfortable and cozy. This is a perfect place to choose for extended stays. Great location, I would recommend.

Clean apartment with everything we needed for a family of 4. Space was nice and quiet (no noise from roads or neighbors). Parking was convenient and Michelle was immediately responsive when we needed an alternate parking space when our minivan was too big for the assigned space. Check in was a breeze. Would stay here again
