The perfect house for a girls weekend getaway! We loved staying here — the space was great for all 10 of us. We had plenty of seats for a family dinner inside, sitting by the campfire eating s’mores, breakfast on the patio, and lots of blankets for a movie night. Jessica was quick to respond & lovely to chat to! Would recommend 😊 Made for the perfect birthday celebrations.

This rental is exactly as described with accurate pictures. It was recently renovated with all new furnishings, new kitchen, appliances and baths. Our family enjoyed the brand new outdoor deck, picnic tables, gas grill, swing and s’mores by the fire pit. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen had all supplies to make a large pasta meal. Our daughter ran the Falmouth Road race and so Sunday was a bit chaotic and the owner gave us flexibility to check out a bit later, which was a huge help!!. A wonderful family vacation!! Highly recommend.

Comfortable yet spacious home nestled in the woods of New Seabury. Great location to visit beaches and restaurants. Just minutes from Mashpee Commons and Falmouth for shopping and dining. Beautiful place, Thanks Alex!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Lisa is an incredible host! She was very responsive and easy to reach. The house was very clean and neat and well equipped to make your stay easy and enjoyable. You can really tell that she cares about the home and the comfort of her guests. The home is located in a very quiet lowkey neighborhood with easy access to town and everything you need either by bike or car. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was beautiful. The host was responsive and nice. I would have appreciated just one more large trash barrell outside and blinds for the porch doors. Other than that it was perfection! Our entire family enjoyed the stay 😊.

LOVE Billy’s house!! So cute and comfy! We didn’t sleep in the twin beds, but the master bedroom was very comfortable! The doggies loved the bed too!! The patio was great, we used the grill and fireplace! Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs! The neighborhood was very quiet. Billy always responded quickly with any questions. Great restaurants a short drive away and plenty of parking (it’s still off season for the Cape). Billy left a bottle of wine for us from a local winery (Cape Cod Winery). It was good and we went to the winery. Good wine, great outdoor seating (and has covered areas if it’s raining). It’s also dog friendly and they serve food, which was tasty! We went to see Nobska Lighthouse (inside was closed), which was about a 13 minute drive. The views were fabulous! We also went to a small aquarium (only open during the week) in Woods Hole - another short drive. The aquarium was free, but keep in mind, it is small, but nice. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay at Jenny's and Ania's place! The room was clean, cozy, warm (with a fireplace that works), and had everything that we needed (including a haridryer, hangers, and full kitchenware). The property is also steps away from the beach and we managed to catch the sunrise and sunset—it was a beautiful and humbling view and experience! Sue and Christine were especially helpful during the day of our checkout; thank you for the warm hospitality! It was a safe, comfortable, and peaceful stay. I will definitely wish to return when I visit Falmouth in the future! :))

What a lovely little flat this is. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. Fabulous outside space as well. The linen, towels and utensils were of a good quality. lovely to have beach towels. Didn't find the sloping ceiling a problem at all. we are 6 foot and 5'9. Town is a 30 min walk we hired bikes which I highly recommend. it's an easy 10mins on a bike. Host was happy to offer us an early and late check-in and out but realise this is probably as we are now at the end ofvthe season so could be accommodated. Very kind of her thank you

We spent a long weekend as a small family of four with a toddler. The place is absolutely pristine with such beautiful charm. It’s a basement unit that looks newly renovated. It looks better than the photos to be honest. The decor was beautiful and quirky and just made for a nice family getaway to close out the summer. Samantha was just phenomenal as a host. She was extremely kind, offering whatever we needed. The house is situated in a quaint woodsy area (not walkable so a car is needed) which was nice to come back to after a full day out. Our days were busy so we had no time to enjoy the patio. Our toddler enjoyed seeing the animals. Although the listing forewarns about a rooster I could barely hear it in the morning so it’s not disturbing at all. The outdoor shower was quite a treat as it was my first time and it was just beautiful to see the scenes of nature as I washed off from the beach. Highly recommend and will likely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay! 😊

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.

We loved our stay at Angela’s Nantucket home. Everything was squeaky clean and she was super responsive with our questions. Location was wonderful we walked to dinner and coffee and to town to shop. We would love to come back soon!!

Best spot to accommodate a girls weekend. Easy to get places from downtown to Cisco. We felt at home and house had everything you need. The host is super flexible and responsive. We loved it!
